Hotel Moon

This hotel is super convenient, located right in downtown Jeju City and not far from the airport – only about a 10-15 minute drive. It's perfect for business travelers, and check-in is self-service. There are also a lot of Chinese guests here.

The room was very tidy, and since we didn't have much stuff, the king-size bed was just right for two of us. If you have a lot of luggage, it might feel a bit cramped; there's only enough space next to the bed for one open suitcase. The TV in the room is huge, so it was great for watching movies at night, lol. Plus, there's free breakfast, and the front desk staff (guys and girls) were super enthusiastic and spoke Chinese, so communication was a breeze. If I come back again, I'd definitely consider staying here. There's a bus stop right outside, with buses going to both the city center and the east line (Udo Island).

The room was very clean and came with a fridge. Toothbrushes weren't provided but were easy to buy at the convenience store. We stayed for 5 nights, and with one single and one double bed, it was perfect for our family of three. Considering the price point, most hotels don't offer breakfast, but this one did! While it was pretty standard every day – bread, milk, salad, yogurt, eggs, and cereal – it was definitely better than nothing and the breakfast area was clean. The CU convenience store right next door was a huge plus. There's a bus stop right outside (though we ended up taking taxis everywhere). The front desk staff spoke excellent Chinese, so communication was never an issue. It's also really close to Chilseong-ro and Dongmun Market, just over a kilometer away. Haeundae Road isn't far either, about a 10-minute taxi ride.

Service: The front desk staff speaks Chinese, which made communication very smooth. If you need your room cleaned, remember to put your room card in the designated box at the front desk. Facilities: Quite new and operate smoothly. Environment: Double-paned windows, very quiet. Breakfast: Bread, milk, and juice.

The hotel is conveniently located right by a bus stop, making it easy to get anywhere. There's also delicious fried chicken and ginseng chicken soup nearby. The room was clean enough and had everything I needed. The front desk staff speak Chinese, and the breakfast, while simple, was tasty. I highly recommend staying here for your trip!

Excellent! The location is super convenient, very close to Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal, making it easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend buying a public transport card; it's cheaper, and you can refund any leftover balance at convenience stores. The lady at the front desk speaks Chinese, which was a great help. The tatami room was spacious enough for three or four people comfortably! Very satisfied.
