Self-check-in and check-out were super convenient. The room was clean and well-equipped with a fridge, washing machine, laundry detergent, and an induction cooker. There's also a decent-sized balcony, though it's a shame the drying rack is indoors. The apartment's location is excellent; Shilla Duty-Free is just a few steps downstairs, and there are many shops nearby.

Hill Sky Hotel & Residence boasts a truly convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to either Shilla Duty Free or Baojian Street, perfect for those who enjoy city walks in downtown Jeju. The room layout is a one-bedroom, one-living room, and one-bathroom setup. Thoughtful instructions are provided in the room to explain how to use the various facilities. Check-in and check-out are both very convenient, ideal for guests who prefer not to be disturbed. Amenities like garbage bags, laundry detergent, and clothes hangers are also provided. The staff on the 3rd floor are all very friendly, and you can store your luggage there from 9 AM to 4 PM. Overall, it was a satisfying stay.

Hillestate Jeju has an absolutely unbeatable location. It's right next to Shilla Duty Free, making shopping, dining, and getting around by taxi incredibly convenient. It's an apartment-style self-check-in accommodation with fully equipped rooms. However, it's important to note that it's not a traditional hotel, so there's no daily housekeeping service, and linens won't be changed or the room cleaned during your stay. They also don't offer luggage storage. This might be inconvenient if you need to store luggage between destinations or prefer daily room cleaning. It's a great choice for shoppers and those needing a short-term stay who are comfortable with the self-service apartment model. If you're looking for full-service hotel amenities, you might want to consider other options.

I was really satisfied with this apartment during my trip. It had everything: a washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooker, kettle, pots and pans, laundry detergent, and even trash bags. For the convenience of the next guest, I cleaned all the used dishes and let them dry on the rack, and also tidied up the place pretty well. The most thoughtful part is that even if you don't hang the old towels on the doorknob outside, they'll still hang four new towels on your doorknob every day. I was only staying alone at night, so I really didn't need that many towels, haha. Guest from room 813 sincerely thanks the service staff for their hard work.

The hotel is super close to Shilla Duty Free Shop, just across the street, and near Baojian Road, making shopping incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and right downstairs from the apartment building, there's a 7-Eleven and a 24-hour laundromat. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a fridge, washing machine, and even a microwave. The room also has a balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the sunset. Overall, the hotel is fantastic. The only downside is the late check-in time, and there's no lobby lounge area. Early check-in costs extra, so we had to wait outside the apartment building for an hour.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and a dedicated lounging area. Everything was great, except for the lack of housekeeping. The 7-Eleven downstairs was super convenient for getting around. The hotel staff didn't speak Chinese or English, which could have been an issue, but it's self-check-in, so it wasn't a big deal. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage on the third floor, which was quite convenient. Early check-in and late check-out require an extra fee.

The room was quite spacious with a nice view, but it felt a bit empty. It was strange that there were no trash cans in the room itself, only in the bathroom and living area. There wasn't much in terms of service either. Overall, it was just average, though the view was a plus.

Had a great experience! The location is really convenient, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants just downstairs. The price is affordable, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Jeju Island.
