Haben leider sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Hotel gemacht. Wegen einer Hochzeit hatten wir früh wegen Übernachtungen der Gäste telefonisch angefragt. Bei der ersten Kontaktaufnahme wurden wir über 17 verfügbare Zimmer informiert. Zwecks Blockung sollten wir eine Mail schreiben, was wir auch direkt nach dem Gespräch taten. Da die Mail nicht beantwortet wurde, haben wir zwei Mal telefonisch nachgefragt. Bei der ersten Nachfrage wurden wir über den Eingang der Mail informiert, bei der zweiten Anfrage, dass alle Zimmer nun reserviert seien. Eine Rückmeldung auf die Mail kam nicht. Äußerst unprofessionell!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Kurzaufenthalt in Heidelberg und wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend im Hotel aufgenommen. Alles war frisch und sauber in unserem stilvoll restaurierten Zimmer mit schönen kleinen Balkon und Fensterfront zum Hinterhof. Die Betten waren fantastisch bequem und durch die Lage zum Hinterhof hatten wir die gewünschte extrem ruhige Lage! Am Morgen bekamen wir als besondere Aufmerksamkeit noch einen Cappucino auf´s Haus, obwohl wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten, weil wir dazu anderwertig in Heidelberg verabredet waren. Alles in allem ein top Service, eine gute Lage und sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt in sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Zimmer und äußerst freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal! Die Bar im Erdgeschoss des Hotels bietet eine entspannte A**osphäre. Gute Anbindung in die Stadt via Bus, Fahrrad etc. Unser Zimmer war leider nach vorne raus, zu einer viel befahrenen Straße, gelegen. Daher war es bei geöffnetem Fenster in der Nacht doch recht laut. Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein kleines familiengeführtes Hotel mit Altbaucharme in Handschuhsheim. Nicht der Luxus eines vier Sterne Hotels, aber viel A**osphäre. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt jenseits des Touristenstroms zu erkunden
