Don't do it and don't let the price fool you. It's cheap for a reason. People actually live here because of credit or cheaper prices than the average apartment. I was wondering why the parking lot is full after 10 pm. Mandy is awesome she is the front desk receptionist, but don't get me started on the GM. I never got a call. Roaches everywhere. U have to buy your own roach spray to keep them at bay and even put towels at the front door so they won't come in. They come thru the faucets, the stove man if someone is cooking when u come in from work u already know what time it is. Please pay a little extra to live at peace. I have photos of roaches u name it. Unfortunately, I can't post. I stayed here for 2 months until I closed on my home and it was the worst experience ever. They never took care of the roach problem. Willowbrook mall is close and nice, but besides that, don't fall for it staying here. Just wish they could have put more attention into the roaches instead of painting and pressure washing the parking lot.

Worst stay I had in my life, the room was uncomfortable, it did not have a nightstand or lamps, the TV was old, the table only had a chair, during the 4 days of stay they did not clean the room, they did not make the bed or replace it the towels. We left the room on December 30.

The hall way and room smell like ****s, i have to check out the room 1 day earlier to move to different hotel

It was bad. It smelled bad, there was liquid spilled in front of the door, you can hear everything and the bed we were in may have had bed bugs. Called front desknthen went downstairs and it was closed. No one answered the phone and because of the conditions we left in the middle of the night. Worse experience i ever had and the rating on this place should be a 2. I normally dont even wriye reviews but geeze.

Property was easy to get to FM 1960 shopping centres. Property needs to update Pet Friendly status, as once we arrived were told no cats, but were able to work things out. Apparently new owners are changing policy.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, from check-in to check-out Ms. Destiny was very accomadating. She would have gone THAT extra mile if we needed. Very friendly and personable. Good image for the company. These were a few creepy insects in the room and the bed moved all night (not hooked up) but we really enjoyed our trip!!!

I don’t know how this hotel has so many good reviews. This is the filthiest, most cockroach infested hotel I’ve ever stayed in. My father and brother were staying in a room near us and there were roaches in the refrigerator, so they handed me their food to keep in my room’s refrigerator (no guarantee there weren’t any in ours, though). We watched roaches of different sizes and stages of life run along the walls and hide behind the headboard. There were multiple cigarette burns in the sheets. My father’s room smelled like sewage. We were so disgusted, and immediately went downstairs to see about changing rooms, but since we got to town late, the front desk was closed and there was nobody there to help us. Just unbelievable that there are any good reviews. I feel like most of these reviews were written by friends of the staff and owner. Spend a little more and stay somewhere you won’t feel so uncomfortable. It’s not worth it. I added a photo of the bedding and toilet. The roaches were all running too fast to take photos of.
