The property location is right in the center of old town. You can walk to any part of the city in 15-20 mins.
The staff were great and went above and beyond. The building is really cool, being so old and historical.
The local Il Duomo is a short 5 min walk and Can be seen from most of the rooms in the hotel.

The hotel is very well located, it's possible to park in the center after check in. The location of the check in is not exactly on the hotel address.
The bad was really not comfortable.

Molto gentili. All'arrivo abbiamo ottenuto un upgrading con spostamento della camera prenotata, dalla Residenza Accademia all'Hotel dei Gonzaga, ove ci hanno assegnato una camera con splendida vista su Piazza Sordello. La posizione dell'Hotel è fantastica, in pieno centro storico.

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte, ci hanno gentilmente fatto un piccolo upgrade, dandoci una camera con vista su piazza delle Erbe, ne siamo rimasti molto contenti. Colazione abbondante e completa. Bel contesto, e personale molto cortese e disponibile. Bella città.

Residence molto spazioso, pulito e nel complesso non male. Unica nota negativa, ma non da attribuire al residence, ma a Mantova, aria irrespirabile con puzza di sterco in qualsiasi momento, anche alle 7 del mattino. Per il resto nulla da dire sul residence. Prezzo un po' alto, ma in centro storico non ci si poteva aspettare di meno. Colazione non fruita in quanto 8 € a testa ci sembravano troppi. Nel complesso buono e confortevole.

Ottima posizione, buonissima cordialità, abbiamo fatto il check-in appena arrivate nonostante eravamo 3 ore in anticipo! Stuttura in piena autonomia, potevamo uscire ed entrare senza disturbare nessuno! Situata in pieno centro! Complimenti! Lo consiglio a tutti e se dovessi tornare tornerei nello stesso posto!

Hotel in posizione centralissima, con uscita direttamente in Piazza Sordello. Stanza comoda e molto ampia, pulitissima ed assolutamente silenziosa nonostante la sua centralità. Colazione buona e discretamente abbondante, anche se, arrivati dopo le 9,15, abbiamo trovato il buffet un po' "saccheggiato". Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare un cestino sul tavolo per la colazione ed il te servito in teiera anzichè nella tzza, ma sono comunque piccolezze.
