A great hotel and highly recommend. We stopped for 2 nights to explore Niort, a city with much to offer, great dining and activities. We are cycling the Velo Francette. Hotel is very central easy walk to everything, secure velo storage, wonderful hosts, lovely decorated and clean rooms, plus a restful garden courtyard. A great place to stay for at least 2 nights to explore from, wish we could have stayed longer....

Very warm welcome, last room. A useful air conditioner in use. Very quiet and well soundproofed hotel. Very pleasant managers, good advice both for dinner and visits to do nearby. To recommend.

1 night stay with family. Hotel run by a couple, perfect welcome with exchange. Finally we are not a room number... Good advice for finding a restaurant. Spacious room with good bedding. Excellent breakfast. In short, a very good step. THANKS

Very nice hotel on a human scale. But what we especially remember is the welcome from the lady. She was super nice and very attentive to our 5 year old daughter, especially at breakfast where she offered her lots of different things. Knowing that it is a breakfast served at the table and not a buffet, we ultimately had more choice for her than in some buffets. And my daughter was very happy to be declared “responsible for the keys”. A big thank you to this lady! Negative points but no, we hadn't looked before so it's a bit our fault: no elevator so for my disabled partner it's a shame especially since the parking lot is not very close for a person with difficulties to walk (for the others no problem) and no "real" air conditioning but the lady installed an air conditioning for us with the hose to pass through the window which is a nice touch nonetheless.

Excellent address for a stopover in Niort. Magnificent hotel. Beautiful and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was also perfect. We are rarely so well received! We will come back without hesitation.

A very nice stay in a tastefully decorated hotel, in the very center, practical for bikers like my wife and I. Very welcoming owners eager to share with you the beauty of Sèvre Niortaise and its town center. The icing on the cake was that they allowed us to park our vehicle in the interior courtyard. This was greatly appreciated. Thank you for your kindness.

Ideally located in the heart of Niort. Very comfortable bedding, no noise, very well maintained hotel with character. The hosts are very nice, you can go there with your eyes closed ;)
