做為服務行業，對待客人的態度很冷漠，特別是退房的時候那個前台，跟欠她錢一樣，住了好多次了，每次碰到她上班的班次都能影響心情。服務行業對待客人無論是老顧客還是新顧客的態度都要好才行，哪裡來的那麼多新顧客，都是靠老顧客積累的……
