Sono circa le 00:00 e mi trovo in mezzo ad un concerto / festa in un albergo scelto dalla direzione della rosa purpurea; un tre stelle in mezzo al nulla perché la conferma della prenotazione all albergo 4 stelle con spa rosa purpurea NON VALE; la nostra camera è’ stata data ad altri. Menomale che ho telefonato alle 15 per dire che arrivavamo alle 19 altrimenti? Le scuse non sono accettate, ci aspettavamo / ci aspettiamo una parte di pagamento della quota per il gravissimo errore fatto. Si poteva fare meglio, inaccettabile trattamento. Famiglia in piedi da questa mattina alle 6, un incubo. Adesso spero che la musica è la festa finisca. Alle 1 chiamo i carabinieri.

Accoglienza gentile, hotel pulitissimo, camera piccola ma confortevole, letto comodissimo, personale cordiale e attento. Colazione un po’ spartana con ordine richiesto il giorno prima ma come misura di prevenzione e attenzione agli sprechi, quindi va benissimo. Prezzo più che ragionevole, veramente un ottimo posto dove fermarsi
