The room was basic. TV was small. Good location for the Tube. Zone 3. I would stay closer next time. The bed was shaky. Bed was slightly uncomfortable. The front door was secure. Had to call them to let them know I was outside. I wouldn’t stay again as the bed was not great.

Nothing fancy, but does what it says on the tin- clean and tidy, quiet, good idea with the help/make yourself breakfast and communal kitchen . Helpful hosts. Good value for money.

Room was ok, could do with some TLC and updating. Also a very narrow and steep stairs reduced accessibility. No lift so had to park wheelchair downstairs and slowly work the stairs. I did notify access needs in advance but was allocated a room on the top floor, which is poor planning. So my scores mostly in the middle.

May 15 2023 to May 26 2023 - 268 Franciscan Road, Upper Tooting, London England - There black mold on the inside of the shower. Looks like it was there a while. The lower level units should be insulated better to block out street noises, the beds are Double and very cramped for two people and the mattress is awful. I had to purchase a mattress topper for the bed to make it comfortable. The Manager and Manageress were wonderful people and very accommodating. The items available for all day breakfasts were plentiful. The location was superb and only 5 minutes walk to the subway.

I needed to be near St George’s at short notice. I didn’t enjoy my stay. It’s really not clean. I ve added photos beneath. It’s very cheap though so I wouldn’t expect it to be amazing but I do expect it to be clean. The cook yourself breakfast was in the fridge but I didnt eat anything. I don’t like to be negative and I booked this as the reviews were good. I m not sure if I just was there at a bad time but this dirt looks long term to me.

5 mins from metro station and self-service breakfast is a plus.
The room needs maintenance, the furniture, including the bed, is not new at all. Walls, doors and windows have zero sound isolation - you can hear every person and every car passing by.
