White Horse Lake Cultural Park

Baima Lake Cultural Park is the core component of Changde's inland river system. It is connected to Liuye Lake by crossing the Zihe River. You can take a cruise from the Dahe Street Pier to the Baima Lake Pier. The night scenery is particularly beautiful.

Baima Lake Park is located in Changde City, Hunan Province, and Wuling District is located next to Hunan College of Arts and Sciences, Changde University of Higher Education. There are three halls and three centers in the park and a large statue of Baima Lake.

Changde Baima Lake Cultural Park project is located south of Liuye Avenue, north of Binhu Road, east of Longgang Road and west of Zaoguo Road. It covers 654 mu, of which 278 mu of water surface, and is an important landscape node in the purple river scenery belt. The project investment scale is 400 million yuan, of which the project fee is million yuan, the land requisition and demolition fee is million yuan. The project began the land requisition and demolition compensation and other early work in May 2009, and the project is scheduled to start construction in March 2010, and the park will be completed in December 2011. The park is to be built into an open-ended "urban central park" that integrates leisure tours, tourism, urban cultural display, entertainment and fitness, and displays the image of the city in the western district of Changde.
