Free entry to visit. I went a few months ago. In addition to the tower, archway and garden, the museum was open to Yang Gongxuan, Hakka Zongxuan and Yuanwu, and the surrounding house was being renovated and not open. All look very new and should be newly repaired. There are not many exhibits, all of them introduce Hakka culture and customs. There are few tourists and you can take pictures casually.
