Xinyi Hall, the original old warehouse, is now an art area, there is a photography studio, there is a company, the environment is very suitable for taking literary photos. Xinyi International Hall was originally the land and plant of Guangdong Water Conservancy and Hydropower Plant. Now transformed into a cultural, commercial and exhibition venue by several real estate developers who have studied architecture. The overall design here retains the basic structure of the plant, but transforms the doors, windows, walls and many details of the house in a modern style. The clubhouse is composed of several large factories with different openings, and the exterior walls of the building are almost completely preserved, but the color is painted red, which is particularly spiritual in the afternoon sun. The indoor ground is deliberately made into pothole cement brush surface, and it is also randomly spread on the scattered hemp stone. Use used sleepers to lay the floor or floor footlines; mottled and damp exterior walls are stripped and replaced with cement, blue brick or red brick; and the blue bricks removed from the old house are purchased, and the ground and part of the road are laid. And the various slogans engraved on the wall of the factory, the 83 ancient banyan trees in the whole area, are intact.

The Xinyi Hall is only 200 meters away from the "1850 Creative Park", and the other is adjacent to the German Xinyi Church and the Provincial Hangfang Village Pier. Su-style red walls, blue brick floors, cinnamon fragrance, fishing song late singing, a good place to be in a daze.
