it seems to be named after waki kiyomaro.

    Original Text

I headed north from the two of Tenshiba in a very large Tennoji Park. After passing Keizawaen, there is a large artificial pond called Kawasoike, and the red bridge over it is Wake Bridge. It is said that the river bottom pond was carried out by Wake Kiyomaro during the Heian period. Therefore, the name of the bridge must come from Wake Kiyomaro. The bright red bridge was shining in the dark green of Mt. Chausu, which spreads out in the back of the bridge.

A bright vermilion balustrade bridge over a river bottom pond

    Original Text

On the north side of Tennoji Park, there are Kawasoike Pond and Chausuyama. We headed for Chausuyama from the north entrance of Keizawaen. There was a river bottom pond, and I crossed the bright vermilion railing bridge over the pond. This bridge is Waki Bridge. The surrounding green was bright vermilion.

    Impressive vermilion bridge

    Original Text

It is a bridge over the river bottom pond in the large Tennoji Park. The vermilion bridge stands out very well and leaves an impression. Foreigners were working hard on the photos. The scenery of the bridge and the waterside was calm and soothing.

    A beautiful vermilion corridor bridge

    Original Text

Kawasoike near the entrance of Chausuyama Park. A beautiful vermilion corridor-shaped bridge built there. The name of the bridge is named after Wake Kiyomaro was involved in canal excavation at this place. The autumn leaves seen from the top of the bridge were also good.

You can see Tsutenkaku from this bridge.

    Original Text

The bridge itself is not so old, but the red color, which stands out in contrast to the color of the astringent green pond, is also photogenic. Also, it is recommended that you can see Tsutenkaku without obstacles from this bridge.
