What makes this place special are the people. Yes, it is modern, tastefully designed and immaculate with great access to public transport and a couple of local treasures, the front desk with Tata, Tania and Sujata, complete with broad smiles and great local knowledge are a compliment to manager Emmanuel and Mr Fixit, Julian.

Reception was shocking, everytime we needed assistance the wait was long and customer service not good, no one could be bothered. Small bar not a problem but no stock not even ice. The indoor pool was a good size but guest were allowed to walk in and out through the dining area wet with no shoes on straight into the lift. There seemed to be a lot of young people and familes being housed there, again not a problem but there was no hotel experience or service for the paying guest. The rooms were really nice and clean lots of space but the night we arrived one guest had been beaten up and had to be attended to by paramedics and police. Not sure how they got in as needed key card to enter lift. The saving grace for me was the roof terrace and pool, good space, lovely pool and the fact that were english and the weather was hot for us we had the whole area to ourselves as it was to cold for everyone else. The train runs almost directly behind the hotel which is cheap and a good way to travel in and out of the center. I would not stay here again.

New residence, very clean. Welcoming and helpful staff. The accommodations with balconies face south with a view of the pedestrian square. The other buildings (mainly offices) obstruct the noise from the nearby airport. Slightly limited crockery equipment; fridge too small, you have to do the shopping often. Far from the beaches and the city center, you have to take tram line 2 to get there (nearest beach Carras 10 minutes by tram, less busy than those in the center); city ​​center 25 - 30 min by tram. Close to transport: new Nice-St Augustin station (TER to Cannes / Antibes / Grasse / Nice city / Monaco / Menton) 300m away; “Grand Arénas” tram stop 300m away; Bus station for the west of the department (Cannes, Grasse, Antibes, hinterland) 500m away. No nearby business; the nearest supermarket is 600m away, Phoenix Park next door. ”Interparking nouvelle'R” parking nearby, but not very practical for SUVs and larger cars due to narrow passages.

On the first day, I found someone's toenails and asked them to clean them. They didn't clean. I asked for cleaning 5 times in 3 nights, but they I just wrote down the room number and didn't do it. And most of the female staff are not willing to help. I didn't even smile and didn't say hello when I left. And they say, because it's a ”service apartment” There is no cleaning service per day unless you are staying for a long period of time, and towels are only provided on the first day, and you have to pay 5 euros if you want. However, washing machine is not included in the room. But the location and facilities are good.

Value for money was great. The room was very clean and kitchenette was complete. But the refrigerator wasn’t working at all…so we couldn’t keep anything cold. Air-conditioning was very effective and quiet. Location was not great, but good — it was super near Gare Saint-Charles, but around a 10-15min walk to the Old Port. Nevertheless, I would recommend this aparthotel.

Aparthotel with good location, service and reasonable price. It is quite suitable for business trips (my case), as well as for family vacations, tourist trips, etc. Around there is everything necessary for life.

Went for a long weekend to see the city and it’s history, really enjoyed our time, 3 days was plenty to see everything. The hotel was in a fantastic location, right near the Metro. Everyone was friendly in the hotel, and spoke English very well which was useful as our French isn’t great. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, also the deposit was paid back straight away on the same day in full. Highly recommend.

Clean, but basic. Reception closes at 11pm, if you need assistance, hard luck. Parking is not at the hotel, but a general car park for all, charges €11 per night. There is a small parking area outside the hotel, but it is pure luck if you can get in it, only space for 5/6 cars. Staff are polite, but communication could be better for clients and each other.

The self-guided tour chose this accommodation, the environment is relatively clean and refreshing, the hotel apartment, someone cleaned the next day. The transportation is very convenient, 5 minutes to the subway station, you can take the subway two or three stations to the train station or the old port. The price is also relatively cost-effective.

After crossing the entrance doors the room was flooded with water to the ground with a very glissing fat substance, and that was only the beginning, of spiders that decorate the walls, the dust in the entire room the sticks and the complaints go up, the mosquitoes in the entire room..., the sticks are cut by I don't know what to slice, the bed heads fall into lambs the tissues go up and let appear on the bed and l'es chevet des morceaux pleins de poussière, la propreté n'est vraiment pas suivie dans cette maison le ménage semble inexistant ainsi que l'hygiène. The front desk staff of the hotel is very welcoming, the check-in and check-out speed is also very fast, the location is good, less than ten minutes walk from the subway station in the picture. The bed was fairly comfortable and the view was basically of a run-down apartment building in the back of the property (depressing). We fortunately had a good nights rest with very little noise. There's a Nespresso machine in the room and you can buy pods at the front desk. The location is walkable to many tourist shops and restaurants right in Old Port. The room appeared to be clean, but a bit run down. I would suggest a one night's stay if needed, but to stay longer might cramp your style if you wish for something a bit more roomy and charming. Overall, good stay and a good place for walking around Old Port and surrounding neighborhoods.

The room is big, the location is good, the parking is convenient, safe and reliable. Average breakfast, poor internet access. Everything else is fine Facilities: complete, the shower head in room 111 can't hang, it needs to be replaced and repaired Environment: Excellent, there is a big supermarket nearby******

I stayed in this hotel last week with my 81 year-old mother. I liked the location of the hotel and the initial impressions was quite favourable. Unfortunately, this is where it ends. Having booked a twin room, we ended up with a double bed. After enquiring wether this could be changed I was promised another room which I looked at but which also had a double bed. I then decided to stay in the original room because the receptionist did not know which rooms were made up as double or twin. She then promised to send someone the following day at a precise time to change the bed. The morning come and went. Nothing happened. I then contacted reception again, which did not know about anything. The day went by and finally in the late afternoon 2 grumpy women turned up, clearly causing them more work, and changed the bedding. The kitchen is modern and has a lot fo good features, but cheap and uncoordinated cutlery, no knives to cut anything decent. The 2 glasses were so small you could almost call it a shoot glass. Just a shame to have a fully functioning kitchen without much equipment to use. The bathroom is small and functional, but the main issue here is the height of the bath tub. How can anyone of a smaller statue even get in??? Not much room to put your toiletries either. Storage seems to be a general problem in the room as well since there is a wardrobe for hanging clothes but not really any storage space for folded clothes in easy reach. The carpet is dirty. There are no reading lights next to the bed and no lights close enough to the table. It was a very dim affair eating your dinner. There was a sign saying you cannot use the balcony for sitting outside or hanging things up. Why even have a balcony I wonder?? What makes me really negative is, that the hotel randomly charged my credit card which is just discovered today. Let´s see when I will get my refund. I am very disappointed with the lack of care and interest of the place.

Staff is extremely friendly, more than efficient and helpful with questions not even associated with hotel. Loved the very secure parking. Even a garage if the secure parking is not secure enough! And though I can struggle along in the French language, they spoke English! Business travelers would like this place as they need efficiency and easy access. There are small kitchens in the rooms for longer stays. As the autoroute is nearby, it isn't quiet outside. Rooms are quiet when window is closed. But that is clear when looking at the map on the booking.com website.

We stayed here from Christmas to New Years and it was a very nice option in the area! It was very safe. The rooms were clean and kitchen functional. I LOVED that they had a water filter in our room so that we didn't need to go buy filtered water. That saved us a bunch. Safe, gated complex in a quaint little French village. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This apartment hotel in Nice is better to drive by car. On the roadside, the door is small. The parking gate is an iron gate. After the check-in, a password will be given. La signora che ci ha fatto il check in gentilissima e parlava anche italiano, hotel molto carino e pulito. Posizione discreta a 20 minuti dal centro, per arrivare al centro bisognava prendere un bus e un tram.

Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value

Despite other reviews, I have to note that staff was helpful (even in English, as I don't speak French). The apartment was spacious and has everything you might need for a short stay. It's located across the train station, however for a newcomer it's not that easy to reach it, you need to walk at least 10 minutes (if you're lucky and don't take a wrong turn). The apartment seemed clean at first sight, however there was dust in many places and the air-condition had a cigarette odor. Cleanliness is not the hotel's strong suit, as they tell you than they only clean the room after a week's stay (if you manage to stay there that long), they give you clean towels at an extra cost and they expect you to take down the garbage yourself (!). Combine this with the area's (next to the train station) lack of cleanliness and you get the picture. The bed was terrible, I had asked for a double bed and they stuck two single beds together.....Pillows were too soft. Breakfast was mediocre, with very few and low quality choices, the breakfast room was too small. In conclusion, the price I paid was way too much for what it had to offer. Hopefully, I only had to stay there for one night.
