We booked a staycation in Dubai to celebrate my birthday, hoping to enjoy some quality time together with my sister. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Rodel, who assisted us with our luggage. He was extremely polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the very start. However, our experience at the reception during check-in was extremely disappointing. When we approached Mr. Abdelrahman at the front desk, he requested our IDs. I provided my Emirates ID since the room was booked under my name. Unfortunately, my sister had forgotten her physical ID and asked if an electronic copy would suffice. He immediately said, “No.” She explained that she had forgotten her ID, and I asked what we should do since we had travelled all the way from Abu Dhabi. I asked if they would accept me but not my sister, what would be the point? His response was once again a firm, “No, we need a physical ID. We cannot do anything about that.” Despite our efforts to explain the situation, he remained unyielding, insisting that only I would be accepted and not my sister. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed, so I requested to speak with the manager. Abdelrahman continued with the check-in process without further engagement. When the manager arrived, he explained that while the protocol does indeed require physical IDs, they would make an exception this time. My sister acknowledged that it was her mistake not to bring her physical ID, but the way Abdelrahman handled the situation was far from satisfactory. His repeated refusals, without offering any alternative solutions, were disappointing—especially considering this is a 5-star hotel. Proper customer service, particularly in the hospitality industry, involves more than just saying “No.” It requires understanding, empathy, and a willingness to assist guests to the best of one’s ability. After check-in, we were assisted by Mr. Choi, who helped us with our bags and escorted us to our room. His professionalism and courteous demeanour were a complete contrast to our earlier experience. Mr. Choi, along with Mr. Rodel, Mr. Gaurav, and Mr. Rozaldo, truly stood out during our stay. They were all incredibly helpful, polite, and welcoming, and they deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience left a negative impression. I hope the front desk staff receive further training in customer service, particularly in terms of empathy and problem-solving. A simple “No” is not the answer to every situation, especially when guests are looking for assistance.

For a hotel thats almost in the middle of no where it was really really great for the budget … service was fast, the rooms are quiet comfortable and clean … only issue i faced is they didnt sound proof their rooms so some people even talking in the next room at 6 am was way too loud and i kept waking up cuz of that

Booked this place as needed a last min place to stay for the night. It's very near the airport. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and sufficient. Perfect for transit travellers too. There was also a 24 hour cafe Costa coffee at lobby which was nice as we landed at 4am and wanted a quick bite. Thank you Premier Inn!

From the check in to check out was the best experience provided by Saima and Nariman to make sure that everything perfect The rooms amazing and perfect clean The facilities are super wow The spa is very high quality The swimming pool and Jacuzzi nice and the staff are very welcoming You deserve to be 5 stars for sure

The staff are all polite,the hotel provide free shuttle and its 5-10mins away to city center. We had a 50%disc breakfast buffet but you need to inform the hotel reception before going to the restaurant to get the discount.,the room is clean and smells good but there is one room they let thier children out of thier room in the middle of the night and cry for almost an hour..all in all awesome hotel highly recommended👍👍😉

I had an amazing one night stay at the QE2 - as a Brit now living in Austrália the QE2 has a special place in my heart - never as a Cunard ship could I have afforded travelling to New York - now I could and the ship is sparkling - the renovation is fantastic throwing you back to the heyday of her life - the service was fantastic the food and drink authentic and worth the stay! My wife says I better come back with her

I love Al Seef Heritage by Hilton! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were transported to a world straight out of the Aladdin movie. The old Dubai style was simply breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and refreshed, offering us a cold hibiscus drink and a chilled towel to beat the heat. The personal cabby service to our building was a delightful surprise, and we were amazed to see the entire complex is part of the Al Seef hotel. The room was nothing short of stunning, with a vintage charm that made it hard to leave the incredibly comfortable bed. A special shout-out to our favorite staff members, Ceasar and Sangkita. Sangkita's energetic and impeccable service on the phone always made us feel comfortable, and our requests were handled with ease. Laxime from the reception also made us feel incredibly welcomed and to Ceasar, who made our stay even more memorable. The complimentary cabby service that took us around Al Seef was the icing on the cake! We can't wait to come back in the winter to fully immerse ourselves in the magic of this place. I strongly advise against visiting during the scorching summer months, as it might not do justice to the old Dubai experience. All in all, our stay was simply fantastic!

I have waited in the reception/lobby for almost 1 hour just to confirm the payment. The receptionist told me that the booking was unpaid though I have payment receipt or confirmation. It took me time to contact the central reservation office to help me verify the payment. Then the reservation office called the hotel and verified the payment - it's a waste of time! Reception is not helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was on the hard side n oillows very thin/soft. Just dont like the idea of shower in the tub, i requested for a walkin shower but didnt get it. This hotel is attached to the mall so its easy to shop n eat.theres carrefour too😁

Hatta has nice mountains, hotel in good location but not cheap.
