This was my first time staying in a hot spring family room, and it was absolutely fantastic! The hot spring at this hotel was excellent, looked quite clean, and wasn't too crowded. The hotel itself is relatively new. Both breakfast and lunch were superb. I'll definitely bring my child back to stay here again. The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Very satisfied, and I've already recommended it to several people.

Our stay at Wanda Reign Wuhan was absolutely fantastic – a definite five-star experience! The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to East Lake, offering breathtaking lake views from the Executive Lounge in a quiet and comfortable setting. It's located right in the heart of Chu River Han Street, so stepping out means immediate access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. It's especially ideal for families with children, being very close to the Hubei Provincial Museum and Wuhan University. The short travel time makes outings with kids easy and stress-free. Both subway and taxi access are incredibly convenient. The hardware is standard five-star luxury. The lobby features a grand and stylish New Chinese decor. Our room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great light and views – from our specific room type, we had a direct view of Han Street from a high floor. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were well-designed with a separate wet and dry area. The room was clean, odor-free, and had excellent soundproofing. The fitness center and swimming pool were also great, and they even had a sauna and soaking pools. The Executive Lounge experience was also top-notch – quiet, not crowded, and with a great atmosphere. The afternoon tea pastries and drinks were both visually appealing and delicious. While the evening 'happy hour' selection wasn't huge, it included snacks, hot dishes, and beverages, making for a perfect relaxing break. The executive floor benefits offer great value for money. The biggest surprise was the butler service – a huge shout-out to Silvia, our Executive Floor Butler! Her service was professional and incredibly warm. She was meticulous in her communication before and after check-in, greeted us warmly upon arrival, patiently explained the hotel and lounge benefits, and even proactively helped us plan our sightseeing route. Throughout our stay, she was always responsive to our needs and handled everything efficiently. She was polite and courteous, with a perfect balance in her service, paying attention to every detail, which made us feel incredibly comfortable. We truly experienced the attentive and distinguished care of high-end butler service. The central location, luxurious amenities, and fantastic Executive Lounge were all impeccable, and combined with Silvia's personalized warm service, our family stay was simply perfect. We will definitely choose Wanda Reign again on our next visit to Wuhan. I highly recommend families with children book an executive floor room and ask for Butler Silvia – it's a truly five-star experience.

This hotel is a true gem! I was drawn to its style and vibe when I booked it, but it turned out to be even better than I expected. It's clean, quiet, and really stylish. The best part, though, is its incredibly convenient location. It's just a 5-minute walk to the famous Li Huangpi Road, so my friend and I could easily stroll around Li Huangpi Road and Xian'anfang every day. Plus, there's a riverside park walkway right next door with stunning night views. Just a heads-up: the street in front of the hotel is one-way, so if you're not lugging luggage, I'd suggest walking to the main riverside road intersection to catch a taxi instead of trying to get one right at the entrance. The staff, from the front desk ladies and gentlemen to the cleaning aunties, were all super friendly too.

The service was excellent. The lobby was very bright and had a grand, five-star feel. As soon as I walked in, a doorman was there to help with my luggage, and the young lady at the front desk greeted me with a friendly smile. Having parking right outside was also very convenient. The hotel is right next to Wanda Plaza, making it easy to get to nearby attractions. Highly recommended! The hotel beds were incredibly comfortable, truly making it feel like a home away from home.

After seeing so many positive reviews, I was really impressed by the lobby. However, I was utterly disappointed when I got to the room. First, there was a stale smell, the room was tiny, and the bed was low and too soft. The bathroom and shower were also very small. This was the most expensive room I stayed in during my Wuhan trip, at 860. On top of that, the 'king size bed' was actually two single beds pushed together, which was truly frustrating and a bit of a letdown. It was worse than the Kaiyuan hotel's 65-square-meter room for just over 500. On a positive note, the two young ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. When they asked about my stay, I told them my honest feedback, and the front desk attendant said they would make improvements.

My parents and I took a Yangtze River cruise from Chongqing to Yichang. After disembarking in the morning, we checked into the Wyndham Yichang at noon. We booked a suite with a huge living room featuring a large, curved floor-to-ceiling window offering beautiful river views. The sofa in the living room was big enough for one person to sleep on, so we didn't need an extra bed. The bedroom had an air purifier, and even though it's a new hotel, there was absolutely no new-decoration smell (my mom and I both have sensitive noses). Our butler, Sunny, contacted me the day before check-in to ask about our arrival time and needs. Since there were three of us, she proactively offered a complimentary breakfast for the third person, which was incredibly thoughtful! The room she arranged perfectly matched my request for a good view. We also received welcome fruit and delicate pastries. Just a friendly reminder to everyone, the minibar is complimentary, which I thought was a great touch. When we went to visit the Three Gorges Dam with our cruise tour guide, the guide mentioned that the local Lunwan oranges are particularly delicious this season. My mom and I were instantly intrigued. Around 8 PM, I messaged Sunny on WeChat, asking where we could buy fresh Lunwan oranges near the hotel. Sunny suggested checking the fruit shops near Wanda Plaza, downstairs from the hotel. When we returned to the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Sunny had arranged for a colleague to deliver a large bag of oranges to our room – what a wonderful surprise! We bought a bag of oranges from a small fruit truck behind the hotel downstairs, and we also tried the oranges from the hotel. The hotel's oranges were clearly much better – not exceptionally large, but noticeably fresher, with thinner skin and more juice. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 (breakfast is served in the main restaurant downstairs, not the Executive Lounge). The hotel's breakfast spread is extensive. Besides the usual egg and noodle stations, there's also a congee station where you can choose your own ingredients (seafood, beef, century egg and lean pork, etc.). They also offer Yichang's local radish dumplings (it would be even better if they had Yichang's signature spicy oil buns). The Executive Lounge is open from 12:00 to 20:00, offering all-day service: around 6 kinds of fresh fruit, freshly ground coffee, tea, soft drinks, and small biscuits. There's also alcohol available (I'm not sure if it's available all day, as we don't drink). • Afternoon Tea (approx. 14:00-17:00): A good variety of hotel-made cakes (they weren't overly sweet, which was a plus!). • Happy Hour (18:00-20:00): Several types of cold cuts, vegetable salads, and what seemed like 4-6 hot dishes, two of which were fried. The selection was a bit limited.

Upon checking into the hotel, I realized I had two pieces of clothing with me that urgently needed washing, and I was worried I wouldn't have time to wash them before heading out the next morning. Xiao Long, the receptionist, understood my situation and immediately helped coordinate. To my surprise, the clothes were delivered to my room by 7 or 8 pm. Xiao Long's efficiency perfectly solved my big problem, leaving me incredibly grateful. I had thought the time pressure would cause delays, but Xiao Long's actions provided a wonderfully satisfactory solution. I sincerely commend Xiao Long's thoughtful service; having such staff at the Jia Hua Hotel is undoubtedly a blessing for every guest, adding a bright touch to my stay!

The Kyushu International Hotel truly lives up to its 5-star rating. The facilities are incredibly modern, everything is spotless, and the bedding is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and the location is excellent. The service was fantastic; they even upgraded my room for free! The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

No other hotel in Wuhan can beat the view of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge from here. When it first opened in the 1980s, it was called Qingchuan Hotel and was the tallest building in Wuhan at the time. Even now, this view is unparalleled and well worth the price. Facilities: As a Holiday Inn under the InterContinental brand, it's already newer than many Holiday Inns in other cities. I heard some rooms have been renovated, so it's not like what Ctrip says (renovated in 2012). The rooms are very new. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The lobby of this hotel feels very comfortable. You can walk through the lobby and elevator area to get to the riverside. In spring, you can even see cherry blossoms around the Qingchuan Pavilion area, which is very beautiful. Service: Parking is free, but it's a bit inconvenient to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries.

The night view from high up is absolutely stunning; the view outside the window at night is truly beautiful. The service is thoughtful, and the cleanliness is impeccable, with all staff members wearing a smile. The facilities are smart and considerate, like the unexpected and thoughtful takeaway delivery box collection point. The location is convenient, close to the Hubei Provincial Museum and Yellow Crane Tower, with easy access to transportation. Metro Line 4's Exit J is seamlessly connected. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; it's the top choice when visiting Wuhan!
