I go to hot springs around the area every year, and I think this one has the best environment. The room was very large and clean. Service: The service was prompt, and the staff quickly resolved any requests. It's also a nice touch that they deliver takeout right to your door! Breakfast: The variety isn't particularly extensive, but the noodles and rice noodles were decent, so it was still pretty good. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! If the price is right, we'll definitely come back to stay again!

The hotel boasts an excellent location on the banks of the Yangtze River in Yichang. Opening the curtains reveals a breathtaking view of the river and mountains, which is truly refreshing. The hotel facilities are new, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom features a dry/wet separation, making it clean and tidy. The bed is also comfortable and clean, ensuring a great overall stay. The hotel service is particularly noteworthy, with every staff member being warm, professional, and attentive. A special thanks goes to Zoe, who provided meticulous and thoughtful assistance from check-in to check-out, patiently answering all our questions. We felt truly at home and this added many wonderful memories to our trip. Whether for a vacation or a business trip, the Wyndham Grand Yichang is a highly recommended choice. Next time I return to my hometown of Yichang, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family!

I stayed at this hotel twice during my trip to Wuhan, mainly because of its excellent location! It's right by the Yangtze River, offering first-class river views, with the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge and TV Tower clearly visible. It's close to the site of the 'Five Congresses,' Mao Zedong's former residence, and Hubu Alley. The Yangtze River Bridge is only about 500 meters away, and Yellow Crane Tower is just over a kilometer, both within walking distance. Although the hotel is a bit of a distance from the nearest subway station (Simenkou Yellow Crane Tower Station, Exit B), that exit leads directly to the popular photo spot for Yellow Crane Tower. Just across the street from the hotel is the Zhonghua Road Ferry Terminal, which serves both sightseeing cruises and regular ferries. You can take a ferry directly across the river to the Hankou Customs House Terminal, which is right next to Hankou Customs House and Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street – super convenient, even more so than taking the subway or a taxi. Furthermore, the hotel staff were warm and polite, and the facilities were well-equipped and relatively new. The soundproofing, both internal and external, was also good. While it's usually recommended to skip hotel breakfast in Wuhan and try the local 'Guozao' (early breakfast) on the streets, the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast once, and I found it to be quite good. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, making it a great hotel for a relaxed pace of travel.

It is very convenient to be next to the highway. There are supermarkets nearby. The hygiene is good, the hardware is good, the refrigerator is very convenient, the room is soundproof, and the curtains are especially light-blocking.

The room is spacious and very clean, with a separate bathroom and toilet. Food deliveries are brought to your room by a robot, and the toiletries are comprehensive, even including a razor. I've stayed here twice already and will definitely come back again. It's very close to Jianghan Road, just a short walk downstairs every day.

The room was excellent – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. The vanity area was a nice touch, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day. The front desk staff were very friendly and even offered complimentary bottled water. Taxis are easily accessible nearby, and it's a short ride to various city center attractions. The breakfast was also quite good. Despite ongoing road construction on one side of the hotel, there was no noise at night.

Oh, my check-out date for this Wuhan hotel kept changing. I originally planned to leave for Changsha on the 6th to enjoy the food, but I ended up being so exhausted from exploring Wuhan – walking over 10,000 steps every day. After some thought, I decided to cancel my Changsha trip, stay an extra night in Wuhan to get some good rest, and then head home early 😂! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's a short drive to pretty much everywhere, taking no more than 20-30 minutes to reach any destination! And I absolutely love Wuhan's food! There's so much to eat, I couldn't try it all: cold noodles, BBQ, crispy dumplings, Leng Ji braised delights, stir-fried lotus root strips, and those矮子餡餅 (a type of pastry) from Jingzhou, just to name a few. For the BBQ specifically, you don't even need to seek out those super popular online spots; just find a BBQ joint downstairs in a residential area, and the food will be great without the long queues! I do have one suggestion: regarding parking, every time I left the hotel, I had to report my license plate to the concierge. This is quite inconvenient. Wouldn't it be easier for both sides if they could authorize parking for the duration of the stay?
