JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

AAnonymous UserOverall, I was satisfied. The hotel met all expectations, and its decor was quite stylish, offering a more distinctive design compared to other hotels in the same price range.
The location is convenient for getting around; taxis are readily available. Within walking distance, you can easily reach Xian'anfang, Li Huangpi Road, and the Jiangtan (riverfront), making dining and strolling around very convenient.
Breakfast was just okay, lacking any local specialties, which could be improved. Also, I strongly recommend upgrading the hair dryers in the rooms.

Qqupid^_^The room is spacious and very clean, with a separate bathroom and toilet. Food deliveries are brought to your room by a robot, and the toiletries are comprehensive, even including a razor. I've stayed here twice already and will definitely come back again. It's very close to Jianghan Road, just a short walk downstairs every day.

GGuest UserMy stay here was absolutely perfect! The service was meticulous and attentive throughout, and I have to give a special shout-out to Nico Li. The day before my arrival, they proactively called to confirm my estimated check-in time and thoughtfully asked about my preferences, arranging the room in advance. This made me feel at ease even before I arrived. I accidentally left my power bank at the hotel, and they promptly contacted me. Nico Li immediately helped package and mail it back, which was a huge relief – their sense of responsibility is truly outstanding. The front desk service was equally warm and thoughtful, even providing a complimentary breakfast, and the food was delicious. The entire check-in process was smooth, with no issues whatsoever. The staff were responsive, enthusiastic, and attentive, and every aspect of the service was top-notch. The value for money is incredible! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to all travelers!

XXiaohaimeirenyaoThe hotel is directly above Exit H of Jianghan Road Station on Metro Lines 6/2, making it super convenient for getting around. The exit is closer to Line 6, so if you're coming from Line 2, you'll need to walk a short distance. I really liked the hotel's modern style overall. The only minor issues were the black frame around the bathroom mirror right inside the door, which was a bit startling, and the drain being a little slow. Otherwise, I was very happy with the level of automation in the room, the TV size, the heated toilet seat, and the powerful air conditioning! The hotel also has a laundry room, gym, a kids' play area, and retro games like Contra and Mario. It's a nice touch that they deliver your dried clothes back to your room after laundry in the evening! The breakfast was good, though I hope they'll add more variety in the future. Overall, I'm satisfied and would stay here again!

GGuest UserI stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wuhan's Jiedaokou for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xiao Di. I often stay in hotels, and I don't really expect anything overly luxurious; what I value most is the service attitude and attention to detail. Xiao Di excelled in this regard. When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions.

🏨This famous hotel is located with the best view of Muyu and convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and shopping places around, 10 minutes' drive away.
As soon as you walk into the hotel, you are attracted by its decoration, and every detail reveals high quality.
The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable, making me feel like home.
What surprised me the most was the observation deck, which has an excellent view. The facilities are complete and the service is attentive, allowing me to completely relax during my busy trip.
In addition, the hotel also provided a rich customized breakfast, which was a feast for me.

This time we came here to relax for a day, eat some snacks, drink some coffee, bask in the sun, chat with friends, and interact with the animals on the farm. It was very pleasant. AAnonymous UserNo other hotel in Wuhan can beat the view of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge from here. When it first opened in the 1980s, it was called Qingchuan Hotel and was the tallest building in Wuhan at the time. Even now, this view is unparalleled and well worth the price.
Facilities: As a Holiday Inn under the InterContinental brand, it's already newer than many Holiday Inns in other cities. I heard some rooms have been renovated, so it's not like what Ctrip says (renovated in 2012). The rooms are very new.
Hygiene: Excellent.
Environment: The lobby of this hotel feels very comfortable. You can walk through the lobby and elevator area to get to the riverside. In spring, you can even see cherry blossoms around the Qingchuan Pavilion area, which is very beautiful.
Service: Parking is free, but it's a bit inconvenient to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries.
