Excellent service that provided by the staff members and I like the bathroom epoxy floor. It can keep the bathroom clean rather than tiles. Well done.

Had a pleasant stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya. The room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was relaxing, while the breakfast spread offered a good variety of choices. We also liked that the lobby had a spacious waiting area with plenty of comfortable seating, which was convenient while waiting for check-in or family member. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

May 8, 2026. I checked in around 8 PM. Even though there weren't many people waiting, it still took about 30 minutes to process, which is longer than other hotels. What's more, after completing the check-in, the staff told me the room wasn't clean yet and therefore unavailable. I was speechless. I had to get the room after dinner. Also, when I checked in, I asked if a twin room was possible, and the staff said yes. But when I got to the room, it turned out to be a single room. If they had just told me no from the start, I wouldn't have been disappointed. It felt like they don't care about guests' needs. Actually, the hotel is great in other aspects: the room is large, clean, and the pool is beautiful, perfect for kids. It's also close to the mall, making dining and shopping convenient.

This hotel is walking distance to KLIA2, the bed and bathroom are clean and tidy, and the front desk is incredibly friendly. Upon check-in, Encik Syukri Haiqai , the Duty Manager was kind enough to upgrade us to a twin room as the bunk bed might be too high for both of us (senior citizens) to climb up. In addition, he is also considerate to extend our stay for a few hours. We really had a good sleep that night. My husband has left the handphone in the room upon check-out, he managed to get it back ! We definitely will come back to this hotel.

It's my third visit to The Saujana KL and we really love the surroundings with all the greenery. First time stay in the executive block and the view was great compare with club room with pool view & lake view. The only down part might be the bathtub which I think it could be improve on the cleanliness but we will definitely back for weekend getaway. 

Putrajaya Marriott Hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay, with spacious rooms, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it is a solid choice in Putrajaya if you value comfort, good hospitality, and a quiet environment. A few guests may experience minor delays during busy periods, but the stay is generally enjoyable and worth recommending.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia. The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient. What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated. As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch. Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather. Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and I was very satisfied. It's close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle service. The hotel's pool is beautiful, especially at night with the lighting – it really gives off a strong Southeast Asian resort vibe!
