Had fun because they have a lot of things going on for eid. Hope they'll train the guard to assist guess to speak english, at least ask if we are guess so they can allow us to park inside because we were asked to park outside because of miscommunication. Outdoor pool hours is bad. Until 5:30 only when it just started to cool down. Location is far from city center but food delivery reaches. Dunkin donut by the lobby also helps.
The room is big enough and clean, the service attitude is very good, and there are many varieties of breakfast, but it is a pity that it does not suit the taste of Chinese people. It is convenient to eat around, so it is generally good.
The hotel is quite nice, very close to the Marriott. It's on the side of the road, so it's a little noisy, probably because the soundproofing isn't great. Otherwise, overall the hotel is okay.
The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Riyadh. The rooms are well-equipped, though the beds in the twin room are a bit small, just enough for an adult who is 1.8m tall. It seems most twin rooms in Riyadh hotels have beds this size. There's a large Lulu supermarket just a 5-minute walk behind the hotel, which is super convenient for daily necessities.
Best experience ever. The service was great, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was big and most importantly clean. I really enjoyed my stay and 100% I'm coming back.
From check-in to check-out, my experience at this hotel was exceptional. The highlight was the staff—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. I highly recommend this property.
The room itself was decent, and the hotel's interior was okay. However, the surrounding neighborhood and exterior are really bad, resembling a migrant worker area. It felt quite unsafe, and at night, there was constant noise from horns. Everyone should think twice before booking here.
SuiteSistina Suites isn't just a hotel; it's a perfectly situated, intensely private Roman hideaway. If you're looking for an experience that blends the energy of the Eternal City with the ultimate in personal luxury, look no further. This hotel earns every one of its five stars, primarily for its dual promise of prime location and unparalleled in-room indulgence.
The Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh, although renowned for its standard, unfortunately leaves something to be desired in several aspects. When we arrived, the welcome was far from warm, which is disappointing for an establishment of this size. Fortunately, the room staff was able to compensate with their professionalism and impeccable service.
However, other aspects of the service were failing. At the pool, we were surprised to find that there were no staff to greet us and prepare towels, which is not up to the standards expected of a hotel bearing the Four Seasons name. It is crucial that these points are quickly improved to maintain the reputation of the establishment.

GGuest UserAll facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.
GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.
KKeswickWe loved our three nights at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, just down the hill from the Alhambra (so a fairly easy walk to the entrance gate) but on a quiet side street. Good restaurants, tapas bars and heladerias are within easy walking distance! Front desk service was absolutely five star - we relied on a very helpful, English-speaking manager to recommend restaurants, book flamencos, arrange taxis, etc. The hotel isn't fancy, but it's very comfortable and cozy, with a lovely rooftop bar where you can enjoy afternoon tea or wine. Highly recommended!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is about a 30-minute drive from the airport and a 5-minute walk from the ancient city of Drayya.
The hotel staff provided warm and attentive service.
We booked a basic room and received a welcome card and local snacks. The hotel is filled with local charm and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

SSolbeileyeThe room was clean but of moderate size, the breakfast was rich, the location was average, the overall was very good, the price was right, suitable for business trip accommodation, and parking was convenient.
