It’s a worst 4 star establishment I stayed in! No kettle no milk no shampoo neither any conditioner! Rude staff ( miss Monika ) disgusting mannerisms. I arrived to the hotel only for two nights ( I knew from the start I wasn’t going to be amazed as the hotel didn’t look 4 star at all). Got in to the room ( furniture not put back in properly the bedside table wasn’t parallel to the wall ) you only get one bedside table also ( joke) only one room key provided even tho I need one for electricity ( that means if you’re out you can’t charge your devices ).got two single duvets only (no double available) imagine if you’re going for a romantic getaway with your other half but can’t share the bed due to the duvet arrangement! Wi-Fi doesn’t work on the fifth floor. I couldn’t sleep due to lack of the appropriate size duvet to cover myself and sleep comfortably and what is the worst hotel staff was not willing to do anything to improve it !

Surprise, the hotel is in a good location, very close to the train station. The hotel is particularly attentive, staying in special bread, a letter, a drink coupon. The breakfast is particularly rich and delicious, the bread is really delicious!

I highly recommend organizing an event at this hotel. Everything at the highest level. The manager prepared the party in accordance with all the guidelines (in other hotels they tried to force their visions without listening to what I expect from them). A menu tailored to my needs. Delicious food, likeable chef. Service during the reception at the highest level. The whole crew smiling and trying very hard to make the meeting successful. Thank you very much for a very nice and tasty evening.

The breakfast is good! But the room is relatively small. And it's dark. The bathroom is quite big.

Excellent boutique hotel. Came for a 3 night stay. I was in room 15 ‘Bombay’ which was in the first floor and was a suite, with separate lounge area. Nice shower room and bedroom. The bed was comfortable. Enough hanging Space for a short trip. 2 smart TV’s . Very stylish decor. I loved how each room and a different theme and feel and inspired by different places in the world. The hotel is in a quiet street but only 10 minutes walk to the main square. Breakfast was excellent. Small buffet but also items like eggs, omelette, porridge all cooked to order. Nice coffees. The staff here are very pleasant. No complaints and I’d happily stay here again and recommend.

If someone likes industrial style, he'll like it. I didn't taste visible energy cables or concrete walls and ”school class” furniture. Rooms are large, not very cozy but clean. Our was without a balcony, I don't know how others. Air conditioning works approx. Bed is wide, for me with too hard mattress, but for my husband approx. Only one pillow per person (the other decorative). The bathroom is a big, but the shower is separated by approx. 60cm glass plate, so water is poured on the floor. Failure with the hotel parking. There is no access to the hotel from the parking side, you just have to get around the building, and in my case, it was a torment because I was talking about the balls. It is unguarded, only monitored. Efficient service in the reception. Breakfast was fine, a lot of choice, nicely given. Tonight's dinner at the restaurant ”Marchew” - delicious. We chose this hotel because of the air conditioning, which is an important factor in the summer. In winter I would also consider the neighbouring Gromada.

I have stopped here several times in recent years, the hotel is easily accessible with a linear car park in front of the entrance, a restaurant above the average of the restaurants available in hotels of this category, the breakfast offers good quality products, the staff is prepared and normally kind. Don't forget the Sauna service which you can reserve for 1 hour for free. The hotel is in a peripheral area but for those traveling by car and looking above all for service and tranquility this is a good solution. Tony
