"I really loved the hotel's location right by the sea. The water in this part of Pattaya was incredibly clean. The pool was also very good and clean. However, the service at the front desk wasn't very professional and was quite slow. The food was just okay, nothing special, and it didn't impress me. I went for the seafood dinner, but the seafood wasn't fresh; the shrimp seemed to have been defrosted. The price-to-quality ratio for the food was not good."

"Highly recommend this place in Pattaya! The owner is a very young, handsome Chinese guy who was incredibly helpful with our trip, offering services like currency exchange, transportation, and more. When we didn't have enough Thai Baht, he even let us contact him to pay for things by scanning Thai QR codes – it was unbelievably thoughtful! **Location:** Right across the street from a free beach, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and a beer. **Room:** The room was very spacious and comfortable! They even provide slippers (which seems rare in local Thai hotels, so if you need slippers, definitely stay at a hotel run by Chinese people). **Food:** There's a restaurant on the ground floor where you can order custom meals. Nearby, there's a fruit market, Thai restaurants, and a seafood buffet, making it super convenient to get around for food. **Price:** While it's not a luxurious hotel, it's very cozy and clean. We had a really comfortable stay throughout, offering great value for money. On our last day, just before check-out, I realized I'd lost my phone. Being in a foreign country and not knowing anyone, I could only turn to the owner for help. Luckily, he's Chinese and an incredibly kind person. He immediately took us on his motorbike to look for it, and we eventually found it at the restaurant where we'd eaten earlier! Thanks to his familiarity with the surroundings and his communication with the restaurant staff, we were able to get my phone back so quickly. Huge props to the owner and the hotel!"
