AC Hotel Pleasanton ★★★★

"To be honest, the hotel environment and rooms are generally good, but there were cockroaches in the room I stayed in, which greatly affected the stay experience. The front desk staff was not attentive. The breakfast fee was still charged from the pre-authorized credit card amount for the room with breakfast booked. It is recommended that you confirm with the front desk when leaving the hotel."

Best Western Plus Pleasanton Inn ★★★

"The room was quite large, with drinking water available. The coffee machine was clean and limescale-free. The only drawback was that the small bottle of shampoo was half full upon check-in. I guess the staff forgot to replace it, but since I brought my own, this was negligible. The hotel is close to the street, so they provided earplugs. The breakfast was simple but filling, with good coffee and several yogurt options. The staff was very welcoming. The area is quite lively, with restaurants and supermarkets close by. Highly recommended."

"Did not clean my room at the last night and called the front desk over one hour without answering. Also the room next the stairs was very noisy."
