Ballarat flashed from Melbourne, the hotel is one step away from the train station and conveniently located. The sound of the train can be heard, and the hotel has earplugs at the bedside. But the staff is seriously insufficient on public holidays, and the front desk +housekeeping seems to be one person. Booked a room rate with breakfast, checkin was told that there was no breakfast, contacted Trip.com customer service to solve it

Appreciated the 24 reception services. It is helpful when we travel by public  transport as we can’t control the time.  Very happy with the location as it was very convenient. Breakfast quite healthy. Clean rooms.  Having warm globes and an exhaust fan in the bathroom would be useful .

We had a pleasant stay at The Menzies Ballarat. The location is excellent – close to the main street and shopping, also convenient for exploring Ballarat, which made our trip very enjoyable.
