Good customer service from TRIP. Was booked wrong date but managed to change to the date I need. Room is clean and quiet, because no windows, but I don’t mind as I need a good sleep with quiet environment.

the room was nice and cozy. honestly, everything was quite complete, from the amenities to the kitchenware, which made our stay very comfortable. there are just a few issues I’d like to highlight. firstly, the hot water issue, around 11pm at night, we tried to shower but there was no hot water in both bathrooms. the water was cold and quite uncomfortable. secondly, the parking layout is a little confusing, especially when walking from one block to another, which can be slightly inconvenient. lastly, in the two-bedroom unit, i feel that the number of power plug points is a bit limited. i could only find a few, which made charging multiple devices slightly challenging. aside from these points, everything else was perfectly fine. we had a good time and enjoyed our stay overall.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at The Chateau. The service was excellent, all staff were hardworking, attentive, and very accommodating, which really made a difference to our experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. One small personal note is that the pillows were quite large and didn’t suit me very well; I wish I had asked earlier if they could be changed. The hotel restaurant served good-tasting food, though it would be even better with more variety, especially for dinner options during a longer stay. The location is truly superb, perfect for a short getaway near the Klang Valley without needing to travel far. The environment was cool, cloudy, and beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere that almost felt like being in the UK. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and relaxing short vacation.

Overall a good stay as we stayed only one night. Heated pool would only be maintained at 28 degrees which is still, not really that heated so it was quite cold for kids to bathe in. Other playgrounds are all quite well maintained. One thing to note is the check in. It was crowded when i went, so if it says 3pm check in, reach early to take a number for check ins as there will be too many people checking in at the same time.

This hotel don't have lift so we have to carry our luggage to go up by stairs. Other than this everything was good

The room is as what was advertised - body and hair shampoo provided. Room is clean. Towels are clean but you can see they are abit worn out. I am not complaining given the price we pay. There are 2 hotel reserved parking lots and we have been lucky to be able to utilise them while we were there for 3 days 2 nites stay. Staff are helpful. We stayed on level 2 - the highest level. However, on Sat night, very late at night, maybe in the wee hours, we could hear furnitures being moved and dragged above us. The hotel may want to avoid such furniture move during these hours so as not to disturb the sleeping time of their guests

A fantastic, value-for-money option for families, thanks to its prime location and spacious layout. Perfect Location whereby situated right in the heart of the action. Very close to everything, especially the Outdoor Theme Park. It is excellent for Families becos the room is very big and spacious. Great Bathroom Design: The bathroom is a highlight, featuring a practical separate dry and wet layout. Overall Value for Money: Offers great space and location at a reasonable price for a family.

Stayed for 3 nights here and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is same as description, clean! Please note that hair dryer is not provided so please bring your own one.

A 3-day, 2-night stay. It was school holidays, so there were a lot of people. This is my second time coming here with Trip. The cheap room price was worth it. Thank you very much, Trip.

Great stay for those looking a night stay. Same row we have 4 fingers and there are ample of parking spaces. No need to worry about parking although only 4 designated parking under hotel. Just need to pay bentong parking for the public parking. Clean room. Amenities such as toothbrush and shampoo are available. No water dispenser. There are 2 water bottles inside the room. Nearby they do have old town white coffee, Baker cottage, apple chicken and etc for those looking for a quick dinner.
