We went for a staycation with small kids. Purposely chosen this hotel for their Onsen Experience. We enjoyed the Onsen facilities, and its suitable for kids as well.
Rooms are generally clean. However the shower pressure can be improved. The staffs are very polite and patient to our queries too.
The downside of this hotel is the parking is in another tower. The hotel other facilities such as swimming pool, restaurants, playground are also in a separate tower. Altho its within walking distance, the hassle of walking from one tower to another, switching betweens lift is not convenient especially if your're carrying alot of stuff and during peak hours.FromINR 4,849

Environment: The bamboo villa is very unique, with a natural and elegant environment and lush greenery. The only drawback is that there are too many wild dogs, and they bark when they see people, which is very scary.
Service: The waiters are very friendly, but it would be better if they could help deliver the luggage to the room. It is still very difficult to find the room by dragging the luggage by myself, and the room number is on the door lock, and it took a long time to find it.
Hygiene: Maybe because it is more primitive, the sanitation of the room is not very ideal. I saw gecko feces and ants on the sheets, but it may be unavoidable in this more natural environment.
Facilities: The biggest complaint is that there is no wifi in the room, and the mobile phone signal is very poor and it is almost impossible to surf the Internet. It is a bit unacceptable for mobile phone users. If you want to surf the Internet, you have to stay in the lobby all the time. The water heater is not very powerful, and the water is cold when the temperature is turned to the maximum.

It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . Also, unfortunately, the pool was closed temporarily while we were there. Strong winds shattered some windows and the glass got into the pool. They had to clean up the following day.

We booked this hotel for a one night staycation with our friends. While we were there, we saw 2 weddings and a Company having their annual dinner. The enviroment is clean, secure and very refreshing , surrounded by many trees. We had super nice rooms and since it was our anniversary, The Chateau decorated our bed with a pair of towel swans , very beautifully folded. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Service at the hotel was excellent everywhere we went. They even have free yoga sessions where we all participated and had a good time stretching and laughing at ourselves. Food at the Restaurant, next to the pool was nice with hearty portions. Overall, the stay was wonderful. We will definitely return for another stay, perhaps longer. -this is the terrible part: parking and receptionist is far, luckily I read the reviews on how to get to receptionist but I still find it very far. Tak pernah lagi i pergi hotel receptionist dia jauh macam ni.
-need to validate tng card before going out in order to get free charge but.. again validation needs to be done at receptionist which is very far. Sangatlah tak convenience oh god. Buat pikir banyak kali bila nak keluar sebab malas nak jalan jauh
-lift only 4 but the night we were there, only 2 functioning.
Conclusion: Hope mgt will improve on check in and check out process, the lift operation, the receptionist placement. Will not come back once these are improvedFromINR 1,273

Thank you for the excellent hostality for Geo Hotel to their Guest Relation Officer Check in Staff Syazwan, their humble head Chef Zack fm Prata section and the Chinese Chef plus another Malay Chef which we forgotten his name , their inhouse breakfast team GM and swrvers Mr Ismeil , and MR Rizal the guy whom helped us to book 2 grab taxi for us on our check out daty on 27/6 and the house keeping teams whom clean room 511. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the security personnel makes us safe to stay at the hotel on 24/6 to 27/6. The swimming pool was also safe and my kids love it.

probably one of the better hotels at the peak of genting. amazing view from the room. room was comfortable and there was sufficient space.

Booked a king size bed room And hotel gave me a twin bed when I was there.
When I complained to Trip.com, trip’s staff ruined my day by asking me to resolve it with the hotel myself.
I am a consumer whom bought a product from trip.com and trip.com is taking the easy way out to ruin my trust and asking me to solve a mistake of trip.com.

If this hotel were a car, it would be a flashy Italian model with serious build quality issues.
The best thing about this hotel is the price. RM200 for a king bed on a public holiday felt like a steal. Driving in from SkyAvenue, the road was dark, but the brightly lit parking area gave us high hopes.
Check-in via the self-service kiosk was smooth, though finding our room was confusing due to the odd 5-digit numbering. Thankfully, the concierge guided us.
First impression of the room: it matched the promo photos. But our excitement ended quickly. The door wouldn’t lock properly and kept beeping. A technician came, hammered the strike plate, and fixed it—hardly reassuring for security.
Next came the bathroom. Many reviews mentioned a bad construction smell, and they were right. The shower drained poorly, leaving a strong concrete odor as water pooled.
The kitchen looked impressive with plenty of cabinets, but surprisingly had no power sockets near the counter. I had to boil water at the desk instead.
The TV was another letdown. Supposedly “smart,” it had no internet or channels. I tried everything—resetting, power cycling—but there was no Wi-Fi option at all. So much for Netflix night.
Design-wise, the room looked sleek at first glance, but flaws showed up everywhere: paint splatters in the bathroom, noisy metal racks, and tile flooring that picked up every footprint.
The next morning, the sunrise over Genting Highlands was breathtaking—arguably the highlight of our stay.
Exploring the hotel, we found most shops, including Hard Rock Café and the rooftop, closed with no operating hours posted. Facilities like the gym, indoor pool, and kids’ zone were open but overcrowded due to the holiday. We skipped breakfast as it wasn’t included.
Checkout was quick and smooth.
Looking back, the real problem isn’t management, but poor construction quality that doesn’t reflect in typical rating categories like cleanliness, service, or location. The place looks good on the surface, but corners were clearly cut in development.
I really wanted to love this hotel—the concept, location, and price are great. But unless management addresses these quality issues, the high ratings are misleading.FromINR 4,811

Honestly from 2bedroom (bathtub) we change to 3bedroom(jacuzzi) suite because the washing machine no water.
So far both of the room awesome, biggers compare to skyworld genting hotel. With the price i get RM388/night.
Got balcony,washing machine,iron+board,netflix,Lap Pool,fun pool, arcade room(need to pay per game, RM1/1coin).
But for us, problem only when we stay at 2bdrm suite is w.machine not functioning but got bathtub..
and when we go to 3bdrm suite the problem is diffrent, w.mchine functioning but we cannot use the jacuzzi because the heater in bathroom masterbedroom is cannot installing yet and No bathtub. Plus one of the room is leaking so got smell in that room
So far the kitchen cuteleris, pinggan mangkuk sudu garfu pan is good.

|1.78km from city centerWe booked this hotel for a one night staycation with our friends. While we were there, we saw 2 weddings and a Company having their annual dinner. The enviroment is clean, secure and very refreshing , surrounded by many trees. We had super nice rooms and since it was our anniversary, The Chateau decorated our bed with a pair of towel swans , very beautifully folded. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Service at the hotel was excellent everywhere we went. They even have free yoga sessions where we all participated and had a good time stretching and laughing at ourselves. Food at the Restaurant, next to the pool was nice with hearty portions. Overall, the stay was wonderful. We will definitely return for another stay, perhaps longer. Just be sure to keep your windows and doors closed at all times as some friendly monkeys are roaming about.

|1.46km from city centerWe went for a staycation with small kids. Purposely chosen this hotel for their Onsen Experience. We enjoyed the Onsen facilities, and its suitable for kids as well.
Rooms are generally clean. However the shower pressure can be improved. The staffs are very polite and patient to our queries too.
The downside of this hotel is the parking is in another tower. The hotel other facilities such as swimming pool, restaurants, playground are also in a separate tower. Altho its within walking distance, the hassle of walking from one tower to another, switching betweens lift is not convenient especially if your're carrying alot of stuff and during peak hours.

|1.5km from city centerThis place actually is so romantic and feels like Europe, but the inside room needs to be improved, first feel alot of sand at floor, second toothpaste and toothbrush did not provide and also shower 🚿 carpet towel did not provide too.
The counter service is perfect but maybe the room cleaner did not clean well and also did not check . Lucky service is good, we had call after shower and they provided us toothpaste and towel too.
At the Entertainment fireshow, last minute two of the people did not appear and the staff still provided his energy and let me feel good 💯 best fireshow .
Even the oldest design ,service, and breakfast all do a good job. I hope to enjoy a 3-day 2night if I have time to come here.
