Great stay for those looking a night stay. Same row we have 4 fingers and there are ample of parking spaces. No need to worry about parking although only 4 designated parking under hotel. Just need to pay bentong parking for the public parking.

Environment: The bamboo villa is very unique, with a natural and elegant environment and lush greenery. The only drawback is that there are too many wild dogs, and they bark when they see people, which is very scary.
Service: The waiters are very friendly, but it would be better if they could help deliver the luggage to the room. It is still very difficult to find the room by dragging the luggage by myself, and the room number is on the door lock, and it took a long time to find it.
Hygiene: Maybe because it is more primitive, the sanitation of the room is not very ideal. I saw gecko feces and ants on the sheets, but it may be unavoidable in this more natural environment.
Facilities: The biggest complaint is that there is no wifi in the room, and the mobile phone signal is very poor and it is almost impossible to surf the Internet. It is a bit unacceptable for mobile phone users. If you want to surf the Internet, you have to stay in the lobby all the time. The water heater is not very powerful, and the water is cold when the temperature is turned to the maximum.

I stayed at Crockfords Hotel Genting in early October 2025 and was genuinely disappointed by the level of service — especially for a hotel that claims to be Malaysia’s leading luxury property.
On 3 October, I approached the concierge Duty Manager around 9:40am regarding the hotel Wi-Fi, which kept showing an “invalid credentials” error. Instead of taking the initiative to verify the problem — which turned out to be something as simple as incorrect login details given at check-in — he insisted that the IT team would need to come into my room to fix it.
Later in the day, another staff member resolved the issue within minutes by simply checking the credentials. It’s baffling how the Duty Manager couldn’t do something that basic.
Throughout my stay, I also noticed that many of the staff seemed lost and unsure of how to handle simple situations — almost like the blind leading the blind. There was a clear lack of coordination and communication among them.
The breakfast experience was another major letdown. I had breakfast there for three consecutive days, and throughout, the food was never hot — the noodles in soup were the only consistently warm item served. To make matters worse, the staff did not communicate properly among themselves. On one morning, we were told to wait while a table by the window was being cleared for us. After waiting a good five minutes, another group of guests was allowed to take the exact table we were waiting for. The explanation given was simply that “the other guests wanted the table.” Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre.
The only saving grace was the Duty Manager working on 5 Oct and overseeing the breakfast buffet, who was attentive, proactive, and took the initiative to check if guests needed drinks or assistance. His professionalism truly stood out amidst the confusion elsewhere.
For a hotel that boasts winning the Forbes Travel Guide 5-Star Award seven years in a row, this experience was frankly a joke. The gap between Crockfords’ reputation and its actual service standards is staggering.
Truly disappointing and nowhere near what one would expect from a so-called luxury hotel.

For the access card collection, instruction given late after 3pm, the collection is at mailbox and a bit confusing to first timer on where to get it and how to use the lift when our floor number is not on the display. A clear instruction on all these should help to make our check in easier and smoother.

Stayed here with family and really enjoyed our time. The place is very nice, clean and comfortable. The house is quite big and suitable for group or family, all of us can sleep comfortably. Everything inside looks new and well maintained.
Location is very good, not far from Genting, around 13 minutes walk only. Very convenient, no need to drive and find parking. The weather here is cool and nice, very relaxing. The view also very beautiful, especially in the morning.
Check in was easy and smooth. Host very friendly and helpful, reply fast when we ask question. Facilities also good, can use pool and other things, so we don’t feel bored staying inside.
but 9 pax is small for this unit because this room is design for 6 pax actually

The apartment in Antara Genting was nice, with fairly complete amenities, including a washer and dryer. Although the dryer took several hours to heat up, thankfully it was still usable.
The only downside was the water heater; it took a long time to preheat, and once turned on, the flow rate became very low, while the cold water flow was normal. The unit is quite a distance to walk to Genting , is a challenge for old folks. Somemore there link bridge will closed after 11pm so you need to find your way to back to the unit.
The unit is good condition and consider convenient as ground floor has few restaurant and convenient store. The bathrooms did not prepare doormat.
Any questions or requirements need to wait for owner one day or more to reply. the reply only quick when asking for deposit. The owner was asking for deposit and stated to be refund after the day check out but no message reply already after 2 days. Still follow up with owner.FromTHB 3,859

Hotel is further up so pros is nice views, cons is harder to get grab (if you don’t drive/rent vehicle). Convenient location as McDonald delivery also manage to deliver to hotel location. There is also food, Marts, laundry etc in 1 km. Saw some tourists walk down as well. Hotel has 2 toilet, small tv not able to play Netflix etc unless you have HDMI to connect your own devices. There is one bedroom without aircon as its door is sliding door (queen bed) so got to leave it open slightly to get the hallway aircon.FromTHB 486

We had a wonderful stay at Antara Genting Premier Suites by Noble Nest! The suite was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy and we slept so well after busy days of exploring.
The service was excellent — every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel.
The location was perfect for our trip, with easy access to attractions and great views. It was especially ideal for a family getaway, as the environment felt safe, relaxing, and enjoyable for both adults and kids.

They were really nice to provide fruits on our first day, very nice hotel to stay in however.. television wasn’t working esp the television in the toilet doesn’t have a remote controller that works. Had a fantastic two-night staycation at the Antara apartment managed by CoBnB, and I can't recommend it enough! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk away from both SkyAvenue and the stunning Chin Swee Caves Temple and Pagoda, connected by a well-covered link bridge that makes exploration a breeze.

When you arrive to the chateau, it feels as if you were in a fairy tale, castle in the woods. The condition and maintenance of the chateau is awesome, very cozy yet grand at the same time. The staff are very friendly and welcoming to their guests, providing top notch service. There are many different locations to explore and activities to do around the facilities, which make the stay a very eye opening and entertaining one. The room was beautiful, interior design to perfection, very comfy and clean, definitely had a good rest. The food provided at the chateau, one mouth watering meal, it definitely satisfied our taste buds.
Overall the experience at this hotel was fantastic, one that I would recommend to many. I would definitely come back again in the future.
