Located just within proximity of Haeundae Station, Ramada Encore offers a wonderful stay for travellers wishing to spend more time around the Haeundae area in Busan. Apart from the location being surrounded by many food establishments that makes you spoiled for food choices, it is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Haeundae Beach as well. We were provided a corner, spacious room at a reasonable price per night. Hotel staff are also splendid. Recommended stay!

Haeundae/Centum City Busan|12.12km from city center
Highly, highly recommended five-star family-friendly hotel, everything exceeded our expectations! 1. The location is excellent. You can take an airport limousine bus directly or the subway. Haeundae Beach is right outside the door, so you can play on the beach in the morning, take a walk in the evening, and then head straight back to the hotel to rest when you're tired – it's incredibly convenient! However, transportation in Busan isn't always the easiest, so we mostly took taxis when going out. 2. The hotel provides free washing machines and dryers, and the service was superb. We received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view family suite, which featured a slide in the room, two bathrooms, and free access to the sauna and executive lounge. In short, it's absolutely fantastic. Besides being a bit pricey, there are no downsides. If we get the chance to visit Busan again, we'll definitely stay here!

Stayed at Arban hotel for 4 nights, was allocated the room on floor 11 and had a good and restful night sleep. Things I like - one king sized bed and one single bed. Good for my mum and myself. - I love the LG steaming cabinet(ideal for those who are there for a longer period). - near to many eateries/restaurants. Things I didn’t like - there is no door for the toilet, really strange. Was given the option of hanging up a shower curtain (however staff will expect you to retrieve it from the front desk and expect you to hang up on your own). I guess this is what to expect from a 3 star hotel. - front desk staff are not very helpful and lukewarm attitude. (I ask them about luggage delivery and staff just handed a sign and ask my to check it out myself). Couldn’t ask too many questions as he didn’t seem happy to help. - only small bar soap is provided, no toothbrush/toothpaste. There was even a used shower cap hanging in our toilet when we checked in. -didn’t like the recycled room slippers provided. (Didn’t feel hygienic). - there was a music festival happening outside the hotel on the day I was checking out and taxi couldn’t stop outside the hotel. - no proper hotel lobby

The hotel room is incredibly spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the ”king-size bed” was actually two double beds pushed together, which wasn’t the most ideal setup. On a positive note, I absolutely loved the toiletries provided—shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—all packaged in a cute, environmentally friendly way. The bathtub offered a partial sea view, but being on the second floor, it did have a downside: people on the ground floor could potentially look up and see you if you took a bath during the daytime.

Very basic, but comfortable for a day at the beach. The coin laundry was great. Breakfast was unimpressive and repetitive, wouldn't recommend adding it. There's two cafés in the building ground floor. Easy enough to reach by public transportation and by car, but a bit far from all connections to other city. The view was quite nice, the rest average.

The room view was fantastic, we even saw the sunrise from our room one day! The hotel is very close to the beach, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. On our first day, the front desk lady who checked us in was super nice and offered us a late check-out. Her English was also excellent. I'd read reviews saying the breakfast wasn't good, but my experience was that it was absolutely wonderful! So much variety every day! Maybe the hotel made improvements based on feedback? Overall, it was great! Now for two minor downsides. 1. The room felt a bit old, which is understandable given its age. 2. After checking out, I asked a male front desk staff a question, and his attitude was really bad, so that's a negative point! But everything else was great, I recommend it and would stay here again if I have the chance!

Haeundae/Centum City Busan|11.89km from city center
Great location! Haeundae Station is conveniently located right below the hotel, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable, with no issues. However, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When we arrived around 11 a.m. to drop off our luggage, we were not greeted or welcomed. Instead, the first thing the staff (a trainee) said was, “Check-in is at 2 p.m.” I had to ask him to check if our room might be ready and even offered my booking receipt. He reluctantly checked and then simply pointed to an area where we were expected to leave and tag our own luggage. Another issue was the lift situation. During peak times, especially around 11 a.m., we waited almost 30 minutes just to get a lift to leave the hotel. With only two lifts serving such a high-rise building (from the 18th to 42nd floor), it was quite inconvenient. Overall, while the location and amenities are excellent, the front desk service and elevator capacity need serious improvement.

The hotel is a little old as can be seen from the chipped tabletop and squeaky shower compartment screen. The location is not bad as there are convenient stores right at the lobby. Location is not much of a problem as we took taxis everywhere. It’s spacious and they make up room everyday without you asking. We were just a little uncomfortable with the sewage smell in the toilet, though bearable, as well as the little salty taste in the water even after boiling. Overall, good value for money.

The hotel room was amazing. Clean and super spacious. The bed was very comfortable and everything was great. It has a plus point that there’s a convenience store on the first floor. However, I was surprised that we have to pay 30,000 krw per person for the usage of swimming pool and when we requested for some items to the reception we had to walk down to the reception. However, the room itself, I was very happy with the stay.

The rooms are a bit small, and the amenities don't quite compare to Lotte's. The location is excellent, right by the sea. Service was just okay. It's alright for about 1000. There's an entertainment venue downstairs. I'd recommend booking a sea-view room with a balcony.

Busan|12.27km from city center
It was the beginning of a fun trip to Busan. If you don't include hot springs in your itinerary in Busan, it's not a close distance that you have to go to. It's the most inland area in Busan. I wanted to rest my tired body from everyday life and start my schedule in Busan, so I booked a 5-star hotel 'Nongshim Hotel' located in the Dongrae Hot Spring area on the first day to take a hot spring bath. The room I used was a modern deluxe room (a room that had been remodeled), and as a special benefit for guests, I was given a voucher for 2 people to use the large hot spring bath called 'Heosimcheong'. You can receive it when you check in, and you can use it until 2 PM on the day of check-out. The fact that there is hot spring water in the bathroom in the room means that you can take a hot spring bath even if you don't go to the large bath! Even though there was no special view, when you entered the room where every nook and cranny was cleaned to the very bottom of the bed, you could definitely feel the 5-star feeling, and when you looked at the small details (ex. mosquito repellent provided, etc.), you could feel that the meticulous management and maintenance were consistently carried out enough to compensate for the long years of use, so it was a hotel where you could enjoy a comfortable rest. There is not only a space to unpack your luggage, but also a table with enough space for two people to eat by having food delivered or packed. If you are planning a hot spring rest in Dongrae, Busan, I strongly recommend Hotel Nongshim!

This is my second stay at this hotel. It's super convenient, with a convenience store right downstairs. Haeundae Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, right through a small market. The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, and housekeeping is only done every other day. Also, the room's AC temperature couldn't be adjusted and was fixed at 24°C, which made it too warm to sleep comfortably at night.

Excellent hotel right on the beach in bustling Busan. Superb service throughout. My only slight negative would be a) the size of the bathroom (despite booking a premium sea room) and b) the cost of the evening meal. Thankfully there are plenty of excellent local restaurants in a leisurely walk by. The bathroom was very basic and older in decor despite the rest of the hotel being a recent refurbishment.

Reception staff were not friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite. Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke. Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road.

The best hotel in Busan! The ocean view rooms offer endless spectacular scenery! Gwangan Bridge stretches across Gwangalli Beach like a giant dragon! To the east, there's Dongbaek Island, and further east is Haeundae Beach, the number one beach in South Korea! The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are top-notch! Room service is also good. However, I had a bit of an unpleasant experience at check-in! I had booked a deluxe high-floor ocean view room for two nights and three days. The front desk staff assigned me the 10th floor. I requested a higher floor, and he said it would cost an additional 22,000 Korean Won. The hotel has 32 floors in total, and for a high-floor ocean view room that I booked, giving me the 10th floor felt like taking advantage of foreigners, didn't it? In the end, I had to pay extra to get moved to the 19th floor!

Right outside the hotel is a bus stop, which we used frequently, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's also not far from the subway station, and the surrounding area has a wide variety of shops. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff are friendly. The only thing to note, which is different from China, is that they don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. However, there's a vending machine at the hotel where you can buy them, and a convenience store right next door also sells them.

A great location and very convenience if you are looking for food and shopping. In front of the hotel has the bus stop which makes it very convenient to wherever you plan to go. Stayed at the Junior Suite with partial sea view for 3 nights. The room was spacious and clean. It accommodates a family of 4 adults comfortably. The location of the hotel is excellent - near to a number of halal eateries, accessible to places via train or taxi, etc. Early check-in was allowed (with charges) when room was available - good for those who arrive on early flight. The hotel staff was helpful - assisted to book for jumbo cab to the airport and also helped to call and check in with the driver when he was late. Most importantly, the hotel rate was reasonable. Good value for money. Will return to this hotel when I return to Busan. Highly recommended for families.

We were debating where to stay in Busan with our kids, and LCT was the perfect choice! They provided everything we needed: a bottle sterilizer, baby bathtub, high chair, and even bed rails, which made our trip incredibly satisfying. The sunrise and ocean views in the early morning and throughout the day were absolutely stunning, and the night view, with Dalmaji Hill and Mipo as the backdrop, was equally beautiful. Feeding our baby was easy thanks to the microwave and kitchen facilities for preparing baby food. Being close to Gwangalli and Songjeong beaches made day trips convenient, and it was also great that the Signiel buffet was right next door for when we dined with my parents. The rooms were comfortable, but the air conditioning was extremely loud. I stayed in two different room types, 807 and 1007, and the AC in both was so noisy it prevented me from sleeping. The pools weren't freely accessible; instead, you could only use them during designated time slots. To make matters worse, different room types had access to different pools, making the entire system feel overly restrictive. It was such a hassle that we ended up not using any of the pools during our entire 4-day stay. Room 1007 was particularly terrible: from 7-8 AM every morning, there was an incredibly loud noise. They claimed it was the pool pump?! Absolutely infuriating! Furthermore, many of the staff couldn't speak any English, making communication virtually impossible. This is hardly what one expects from a 5-star hotel. Otherwise, everything else was good.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's super convenient, right near Busan Station's Exit 1, and also visible from Subway Exit 6. Plus, the hop-on-hop-off tour bus starts and ends right outside the hotel (just remember it doesn't run on Mondays and Tuesdays). It's a tall, standard 4-star chain hotel. I had a twin room, around 16 square meters, with a floor-to-ceiling window. The TV even had a CCTV channel! Housekeeping cleaned daily, providing two bottles of mineral water and soft white towels, and a bathrobe. There's a shower but no bathtub, and a bidet toilet. The front desk staff speaks English, and check-in is at 3:00 PM. You can also store your luggage. A taxi from Busan Airport to the hotel cost about 16,400 Korean Won. Just a heads up, they primarily take physical credit cards and cash here; WeChat Pay and Alipay aren't widely accepted. I felt very safe around Busan Station, and there are always taxis available right outside the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again!

The sofa in the room faces the window, perfect for enjoying a coffee while admiring the sea – very comfortable. It's quite convenient to take a taxi from Busan Station to the hotel. If you don't have much luggage, you can also take the subway; the Exit 5 of Line 5 is on the pedestrian street, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is very close to the pedestrian street, offering plenty of dining options. 1. View from the room 2.3. Path from the hotel to the beach 4. Pedestrian street

The hotel is located exactly in the Haeundae market street. Everything is within walking distance, even the beach. We had a lovely stay and the hotel also offers express check out where you can just drop your card after paying for the room.

My second time staying here since my first visit to Busan in Dec 2024. The service, cleanliness and privacy level remain very good. I enjoyed the daily breakfast. Despite staying for 6 nights, I never felt bored over the breakfast choices served; contrary, I felt spoilt with choices. There are 2 washing machines, 2 laundry dryers, 1 microwave oven, 1 water dispenser at the lobby. I don’t even need to boil water in my room to make a cup of hot tea. The hotel also provide cleaning oil, cleanser, toner and lotion for daily use. Fresh towels are provided daily though housekeeping is done only after certain number days of stay. The only issue we had was the twin room is a little too small. We have difficulty finding space to put our two luggage without blocking the walking path in the room. I’m ok with the toilet space but my friend felt it’s cramp. The location is definitely good, with bus-stops and metro nearby, it’s just a stone throw away to the hotel. There are convenient stores, Starbucks, Olive Young and eateries around the hotel, very convenient to get anything you want. The hop-on-hop-off city bus starts right in front of the hotel. Also, I love one of the eateries at the back street there which serves tasty noodles at reasonable price. Overall, I’m happy staying here despite a little more pricey than other hotels.

This place is good to stay with all new furnitures and equipments. For luggage storage, understand that CCTV is installed but I hope they can consider to give a luggage tag for guests, to avoid mis-taken or luggage stolen from others. To be honest, I didn’t feel comfortable to kept my luggage there. Then, I appreciated that the service agent is very responsive in trip app’s message box. Thank you
