So you get both the quietness and the crowd. The room is decent sizes, nothing to complain about. And the services are also reasonable. Surely would be my choice if I come back to Boston again. Hotel is conveniently located 5 mins walk from Kendall/MIT MBTA red line station. Note that there is a similar-sounding hotel ”Boston Marriot Cambridge” just above the MBTA station.
Daily breakfast is good with breads, cinnamon rolls, sausages, bacon/ham, cereals, yoghurt and fruits. Room is clean, comfortable with a functional kitchenette, microwave and dishwasher.There was only a saucepan so we requested for pot and sponge to do some light cooking and cleaning. Washing machine and dryer is shared on 2nd floor - pay by credit card. Filtered water is available in the gym. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.From€181

Check in was smooth and was allowed early checked in at 1pm plus.
Room was decent with comfortable bed and coffee making ap apparatus.
Toilet was equipped with refillable shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, handsoap and moisturiser. Couldn't find toothbrush and toothpaste. No bedroom slippers.
Walk to Central (Red line) is 20 mins away, pretty far. But once on red line, traveling to various attractions are easy. Harvard and MIT stations for university tours and Downtown Crossing for shopping and eats.

The hotel is an ordinary Hilton hotel with some shopping districts around it, which is not bad. But the attitude of the counter staff is average. I forgot a pair of shoes in the hotel, and I called to ask for it at night, but I couldn't reply. If you find it, call me and let me know. If you can't find it, you won't be notified. The hotel is new, the bed is large and soft, and the room looked clean and odor-free.
However.
1. The service was terrible. During my multiple stays, I was served by different staff members morning, noon, and night. Most of the staff, who looked like interns, were mediocre. One young male staff member with bangs even refused my request to renew my parking contract.
2. We were unexpectedly charged for parking. We weren't told and were charged two $30 parking fees. We didn't drive, though.
3. Upon arrival, we were told that cleaning only happens every other day, and we took it for granted. Trash is only collected on cleaning days. I recommend leaving it at the door; they'll take it.
4. The staff only knocked three times before swiping their card to let us in. While I was initially shocked, I got used to it after a few days. They would just open the door and make eye contact. So remember to use the deadbolt.
Also, this review was written while sitting on the toilet. As you can see from the angle in the first photo, the toilet is completely visible the moment the door is opened. So corresponding to the 4 mentioned above, it is very scary.From€125

The hotel is in MIT, about 10 meters from the entrance is the entrance of the subway station, the traffic is very convenient. Breakfast has eggs, baked potatoes, bacon, various breads, drinks, fruits, etc. We stayed for 5 days and the breakfast was the same, enough. The hotel is new, the bed is large and soft, and the room looked clean and odor-free.
However.
1. The service was terrible. During my multiple stays, I was served by different staff members morning, noon, and night. Most of the staff, who looked like interns, were mediocre. One young male staff member with bangs even refused my request to renew my parking contract.
2. We were unexpectedly charged for parking. We weren't told and were charged two $30 parking fees. We didn't drive, though.
3. Upon arrival, we were told that cleaning only happens every other day, and we took it for granted. Trash is only collected on cleaning days. I recommend leaving it at the door; they'll take it.
4. The staff only knocked three times before swiping their card to let us in. While I was initially shocked, I got used to it after a few days. They would just open the door and make eye contact. So remember to use the deadbolt.
Also, this review was written while sitting on the toilet. As you can see from the angle in the first photo, the toilet is completely visible the moment the door is opened. So corresponding to the 4 mentioned above, it is very scary.From€125

Best hotel if visiting Harvard or any of its schools. Very central in Harvard square. Nice restaurant for breakfast and nice small bar. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Price fluctuates a lot depending on what is happening at the university. But, highly recommend.From€405
