|2.91km from city centerI was checked in room no.117 on 29 December for a day's stay. I have only one grievance about this hotel which is regarding a warm water bath in December cold. I waited for warm water in the bath room as the tap kept open for 10 minutes around 6 'o' clock on 29th morning. Then called the front desk for help. He said they have switched on the system and hot water will be available within 5 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes. When I picked up the phone again , he asked me to keep the tap open for another five minutes. This was successful. But water was not falling properly through the shower. shower holes were filled with mud. I cursed the hotel. A horrible experience in a wellnown hotel because of the poor maintannce. Room temperature also was erratic. Room and both room wwere not properly lighted. A wonderul property spoiled by poor maintanance. One compement for the hotel- Good breakfast.

Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate.
Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon.
The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside.
Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt.
Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

The inside of the building was clean and the room was a dormitory, but the shared shower was separate (the toilet was separate and shared), as well as curtains and lockers (padlocks required). The accommodation I had originally booked was fully booked, so I asked Trip.com to arrange a replacement. They responded very sincerely and quickly. I learned the reason why he rose to prominence in the travel industry. The accommodation and gardening were good, and the price was within an acceptable range. thank you!

Service on the whole was good. On the rooftop, it was a little slow at times but very friendly and welcoming.
The location wasn’t too great for tourists. The main sights were quite a few kilometres away and it wasn’t particularly easy to get a rickshaw that didn’t want to overcharge you. Had to pay higher Uber prices to get around without hassle.

Market is walking distance from this hotel and all the monuments, like city palace , boat ride, museum, ropeway ride , car museum, everything is just 10 15 min walk from here. I would like to thank to chef who came and explain everything about menu which was served in sky lounge, Qarma... I strongly recommend this hotel for tourist who are on family holiday, friends, and business person too..... Hotel is safe and very higenic. It is within a 4 minute walking distance of the Old City, including the Jagdish temple, the City Palace, and lots of shopping, yet it provides a serene space to relax from the busy city. The staff were amazing, helping us book a yoga lesson, take a boat tour of the lake, book cars to reach the airport, and make dinner reservations across the city. I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The rooftop overlooking the lake was a lovely place to rest during the day with some drinks. The restaurant at the top of the hotel, Upre, had some of the best food in the city and staying at the hotel allowed us to get a table easily.

For nine days we enjoyed some of the best spa treatments we have ever had and enjoyed the dining experiences here - particularly the Rajasthani options. Our room was a great size with a stunning view of the greenery and the hills. But again...it's the people here. So genuine, welcoming and warm. Too ***y to name all here but here goes...Sushi and Anusha from Housekeeping, Chef Sanket, Bheru, Sandeep, Pratham in the dining outlets, Kanmihor at the pool, Shivangi and all on the Front Desk team, and all others we met. And a big thank you to the GM Mr Amit Singh for the extraordinary care and generosity. We will be back for sure.

It has ***y things to offer- Nice spacious rooms with big bathrooms, Decent sitting rooftop restaurant to enjoy delicacies and mesmerize scenic beauty of the ghats at Lake Pichola, Wonderful seating area at ground floor for Bonfire, Selfie point where you can click pictures, Jharokha kind of setup with comfortable seating area in balcony outside rooms etc. Each staff member starting from checkin to checkout were extremely helpful and delightful. Special thanks for the Front Office ***ager, Prince (Room Service Guy), Shahrukh ( F&B Assistant) Mohan & his assistant (Chef), Bittu (Auto guy) for ***aging our wonderful stay. Although food items are limited in the menu but the taste, quality & presentation can easily beat any star restaurant in Udaipur. I was really impressed with the calm nature of Chef Mohan who was efficiently handling busy orders in the kitchen with a decent smile. The impeccable service of the staff made us to extend our stay for 2 more nights. The place was more like a home away from the home. Big big thanks to all the team members property for ***aging our stay at Hibiscus- Urban by Nomads.
