Chandrapur Resorts

The location was as expected inside the reserve and near to moharli gate 5 mins away. Also devada gate was 7-8 mins drive away. The reserve officials do come the the resort so lots of logistical issues are sorted out at the resort. The staff is well trained and upto date on the matters. The food buffet has limited variety especially for the non vegetarians. The update on the sighting done not sure was accurate. The room. Were clean and well maintained, good decor and interior. However it seems bit costly.

The property is located close to the navegaon gate. The safari vehicles would pick you up from and drop you off at the property which is very convenient. The stay is pleasant, the food is okay. The bedsheet had stains which were quickly replaced by the staff.

In this pandemic situation we were very skeptical about travelling and hygiene of any unknown place like hotels, but we just took a chance and believe me we were not disappointed. The place is very very sanitized and clean , all rooms are very airy and are cleaned and sanitized regularly , with ample amount of sanitizers kept after every four steps. I am personally very happy with their hygiene standards. All this have been made possible by Mr Raghudip Panda, who is a very guest friendly and hardworking ***ager. He is running the place very well and always calls his juniors as his team. The food menu has a very wide options and prepared with utmost care. They even have their own bakery. since we were only guests in the hotel at the time of Diwali Mr. Prabir Roy, the wonderful chef surprised us with a wonderful continental dinner by the poolside. Not to forget Thapa and Raghav who was always on their feet serving with a smiling face. We have booked the safari in advance both morning and evening . In the morning came back a bit disheartened as there was no siting, but evening was full of adventure. We were made to wait for three hours near a water hole and finally as the sun was setting down MAYA the star tigress of Tadoba emerged .It actually made our tour 100% success .It was a memorable stay in midst of gloomy situation.

The property is well spread out and well maintained. It has a rustic feel but has got all the modern amenities. The staff is also courteous and friendly. While going for the safari they assigned a nature guide with us to explain and also packed snacks and water for us in an ice box. Breakfast had a good spread. Our only disappointment was food (lunch and dinner) as it was below par. Expect the property to add more of local food flavour.

I recently stayed at western hotel for couple of and it was a experience overall. The room/facilities/location was [clean, spacious, convenient, etc. The staff was friendly, professional, attentive, etc. Overall, i would recommend this hotel to families, solo travelers, business travelers, etc. And would consider staying here again.

We had a sudden plan to visit tadoba, having no idea how packed the place is, luckily found this resort last minute. We were extremely lucky to find such a good resort at such a short notice at such a good price. Food was good, i wouldn’t say the best, but hey remember we are here for the experience, not luxury. Furthermore the staff has been so helpful, they have arrange us 3 safaris, last minute. It was a three day long weekend for everybody in the county, countless people have booked and still we got to have the safari and we were extremely lucky to see the tiger too, all thanks to tadoba wild life resort.
