Amazing amenities - 3 pools, , gym, tennis and basketball court, playground, putting green, golf course, spa and hair salon. Plenty of parking spaces. We didn’t get to use the amenities as it was an overnight stay for us. Please upgrade the room's fixtures and fittings and we will return!

The Reflections Park itself is very helpful - we didn't actually stay there due to unable to get through local roads due to flooding, but still had to pay our $550 booking because it was booked through Trip.com!! NEVER again will we use a third party booking platform! Totally unhelpful although they walk the talk albeit round in circles!!! Eventually we resolved the issue directly with Reflections Caravan Park in Coffs Harbour so thank you to them :)

This is a typical motel in Coffs Harbour. I need to arrive later. I contacted the front desk and put the room key in the safe and sent the password. This is more convenient. The room is on the second floor. There is no elevator. I have to carry the box and walk up the stairs. The room is not big. The shower is not good. Water flows in all directions. It is uncomfortable to take a shower. I checked out in the morning and put the key in the recycling bin. Because I only stayed for one day, I didn’t see any staff the whole time.

There is no elevator, so it was a bit hard to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs, but the room had a large bed, air conditioning, towels, and a water faucet for washing hands, which was convenient. It wasn't particularly clean, but it was comfortable. The floor below where the hotel rooms were located was a restaurant and bar, so you could easily go out to eat, and the location was within walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants, so I was satisfied. The kitchen wasn't very clean, but the bathroom and toilet were clean. Also, when I asked the staff, they were happy to let me leave my luggage, which was very helpful.
