I checked in at midnight and there was someone at the front desk. I was touched. The room was very cold. The air conditioner didn't work even at 32 degrees Celsius. The shower water was also cold. The hygiene was OK. At 9 o'clock in the morning, an old lady came in and said that because my room was not occupied according to her registration form, was it my problem? The hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good and not luxurious, but it was basically good. The hotel is a 25-minute drive from Disney and about an hour from Universal Studios. The airport also takes an hour and a half. It is close to Irvine. You can go there for Chinese food, you can eat Haidilao, and beef is a must. There are also net red hi multi-party ramen, just to line up. In short this hotel is recommended, there is a laundry room, and the underground parking lot can also reach the elevator, which is greatSOLD OUT

The room was pretty nice, although there were cigarette burns in the comforter. We stayed in a ”non-smoking” room. The night front desk attendant seemed to be very rude. Also I don't believe there is an actual working A/C in the room. Just a regular old light switch that says on/off, I included a picture. We kept said switch on all night and still was extremely hot. Perfect vacation get away home nestled conveniently in Costa Mesa. A 5 minute drive to Newport beach, walkable to Triangle Square, Trader Joe's, CVS and more. It is only a 20-30 minute drive to Disneyland, Angel Stadium and Knotts Berry Farm. This sophisticated, newly renovated home is the perfect escape with both indoor and outdoor living. Enjoy the soothing salt water pool, ( if you want it heated there is a 35$ a day fee ) . The jacuzzi is always heated with no heat fee. The house sits on a corner lot with only one neighbor, very quiet with a constant ocean breeze. Upon arrival, the hotel could not find the booking... quite a struggle with a trip to sort this out and it has now been 10 days, still not resolved. I had to pay again at the hotel.
