The room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the city. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Breakfast at the hotel was reasonable, with a decent selection of items that catered to different tastes. While it wasn't the most extensive buffet I've encountered, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a solid start to the day.
However, my stay wasn't without its issues. The most persistent problem was the constant cold calls from the hotel's spa. Receiving these calls almost daily became quite bothersome. It's something the hotel management might want to reconsider or at least provide guests with the option to opt out of such communications.
Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident with one of the staff members who berated me for not informing them in advance that I would be missing the buffet breakfast on one occasion. This abruptness was surprising and not in line with the otherwise excellent service standard set by the rest of the team.
In summary, my stay at Time Square Hotel was delightful on many fronts, with commendable staff, lovely accommodations, and reasonable dining options. However, the spa's marketing tactics and the isolated incident with a staff member did mar the overall experience slightly. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration to ensure an even more pleasant and seamless experience for future guests

The roads are small and not maintained properly. I was scared for the first time. But as i woke up the next day i must tell you the location is super pretty. You can take mini strolls within those village lanes and enjoy the scenic beauty. Do use the government ferry to travel to town as it’s quite convenient. Not many food options, so had to order whatever was suggested. However food was tasty. Do give it a try only if you are sure about the location. Otherwise within that price range we have good hotels in the main town

One thing that was a sore point was that we had repeatedly requested for a fishing rod as my daughter wanted to try casting and fishing and we were told again and again that it will be arranged soon but no one actually did it or even seem to have tried.

|20.49km from city centerFirst off, the booking was done for alleppey ride but they sent us kumarakkom location for boarding where there is not a lot of sites to visit. Ride time mentioned by them is 4 hours in the day and 1 hour the next morning but they took us 3 hours and 30 minutes in total. The food served is not the same as what is mentioned in the menu for evening snacks, dinner and breakfast. The on-call service was good. Service boys were polite.

The resort style villas are modern, clean, comfortable and safe and within walking distance to Marari Beach. This is one of the best clean beaches in South India which offers an expanse of sandy beach. Each morning fisher*** set sail on traditional ***-made boats to secure their catch of the day. Marari Dreamz is ***aged by Allwyn and Jency, who have years of experience in tourism and hospitality - so much so that you feel part of their family. I personally fell in love with their dog Chengu. They are both generous, honest, kind and will even offer cooking classes. Jency cooks an array of fresh dishes daily which inspire you to continue cooking back home (she'll even provide the recipes). Allwyn and Jency will inform you about activities available in the area and will arrange any transport, bookings and ticket requirements that you may need. Allwyn took us to an incredible sunset spot ***** Marari Beach which was truly memorable. You can enjoy a trip to a working coir factory where you will see how coconut husks are turned into beautiful floor mats, visit a traditional Ayurveda home for an authentic massage using natural organic oils (off the beaten tourist path), take a shopping trip to the hustle and bustle of Alleppey (The Indian Coffee house is worth the visit), or enjoy a cruise on Kerala's beautiful Alleppey backwaters in a traditional 'kettuvallom.' I would most certainly stay here again. FEATURES: Large bedroom with air conditioning and ceiling fans; Large bathroom with warm water; Free wifi; Option for private pool or use of general pool; Clean and tidy grounds; Incredible fresh homemade cooking; Walking distance to the beach; Close to traditional Ayurveda treatments; Safe and secure at all times (including a safe in your room); Clean the rooms daily with fresh towels; Numerous books to read!

Separate mini fan for each bed. Hot water available. Safe area with cctv protection. Nice veg and non veg restaurants are within walkable distance. Clean surroundings. Enjoyed beach running, beach volleyball and swimming. The sea is calm due to the favorable season. The owner is flexible in terms of check in and check out. For the comfort and other facilities i can give eight points out of ten.
