One of the roads to the hotel has a lot of potholes so drive carefully. It’s about 20 minutes from the center, so hope you don’t mind. The member program seems pointless, so I didn’t bother joining & do you have to wait till next time to get benefits:( had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be ready, but didn’t see a lot of guests.

We had breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant, the breakfast had so many choices and the quality was great. For the dinner, the Italian dishes were excellent and out of our expectations. Highly recommend to have it a try. I would love and must come again for a longer stay. Their sky beachfront room were too good to be true.

The hotel is located in the less-crowded Cha-Am area, which is good. The hotel is very large with several pools. The pools had slides for both kids and adults. The bedroom had a king-size bed and a bunk bed and is located near the kids’ pool. The hotel had an Italian restaurant near the beach which only opens on weekends. Overall, the kids loved the hotel because of its large open-area and convenience to several nearby restaurants. We would definitely go back.

What makes this property unique is, of course, it's location, which allowed an almost 360° view on the sea on one side and the hills on the other. Another detail that makes this place stand out is the remarkable size of its common space which allowed some privacy even in the hostel common area.
Definitely a great place to chill for a few days with the mild sea breeze blowing your hair 24 hours a day. I wish I'd have stayed longer than my just 2 nights stay. Talay is probably the must stay hostel in Cha Am.

The day we checked in and went into our room at Building 10 or Building 11, I don't remember exactly4. The floor has a lot of rooms. When we got there it was very quiet with no one staying in any of the rooms. We were two women. We looked at each other and decided to go ask to change rooms. We asked the counter why they didn't inform us first that there were no people staying in the building. If we upgrade the room, we agree. which the answer was Well, the customer has reserved a deluxe room. I feel terrible about answering. While we were waiting to change rooms, there was another man who had also reserved a deluxe room. Came to ask for a change and he informed me that no one could stay there. It was very quiet and scary. Plus, on the first floor, not a single light was turned on. The service should be greatly improved. If someone has reserved a deluxe room in that zone and there are no guests, they should be advised to upgrade the room before losing their feelings. I think everyone would be willing to upgrade if they knew that no one was staying in that zone. Which is really very scary.

The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. The room was very spacious and excellently clean. and we booked a pool room and you just opened the room door on to the terrace and stepped in to the pool. Der kleine Privatstrand ist herlich und man kann weit hinaus ins Meer laufen. Wird vor allem von BKK-Thais gebucht. Modernes Designe, sehr schöner Pool und eine wirklich tolle Küche. Ich habe jeweils lediglich gesagt, was ich gerne essen möchte und die Küche hat aus meinen wenigen Angaben ganz tolle Thaigerichte gezaubert. Sehr gut geführtes Hotel.

|15.48km from city centerMy partner and I have travelled a fair bit around and Thailand and we both agreed that this is one of, if not the best boutique resort we have ever stayed in. if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet to relax for a few days it's hard to imagine anywhere that could be better. From the beautiful property itself to the staff who are wonderful. It's a little far from town (although they do have a regular shuttle bus) so probably not ideal for those who want to go out partying, but if you're looking for peace and quiet I can highly recommend Devsaom resort. Best of all, there were no screaming kids running everywhere, just other singles and couples looking to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, wonderful food and hospitality. |2.15km from city centerIt's located in an area mainly for Thai tourists, no foreigner families.There is no public transportation, tuktuks, taxis or anything around. If you want a taxi need to order it. The beach was with high tide during the day because of full moon, so we couldn't bathe. The restaurants around are at least 1 km away or the local option is to go to a thai shop on the beach with alive seafood and they cook it on the spot. Not for our kids. The lady in the reception is Thai, she is nice but no English at all. They cleaned our room the third day. The room was clean and spacious but no windows to open through the night, so we had the AC in high temperature all night. Not what we prefer.

It takes about three to four hours to turn on to feel that the room is getting cold and cold. There is a water heater in the room. There is a swimming pool provided at the hotel in the room. There are five people. I have shower cream.  And a small bottle of shampoo for use once. There is a shower cap provided, but there is no toothbrush and toothpaste to recommend. If staying in a building that is not a villa, should choose a room on the inside where the balcony is not on the road at night, with teenage children driving. Competing with each other, the room is not soundproof, there will be noise and will not receive privacy, but overall it is considered okay with this price with this place  close to tourist attractions

The rooms are very basic, no electric kettle or cups and dishes provided, no hair dryer, but a decent TV and air conditioner. They don't change your toiletries if you run out. There's a restaurant on the premises. 2 big pool each having a kiddie section. BUT they don't seem to care about garbage around, on the beach, on the terrace. Empty bottles left by visitors stayed on the terrace for days!!!! Occasional garbage washed or left on the beach stayed there until some conscious visitors took it to the bin. Management should pay more attention to cleanliness of the grounds. They also should procure more tanning beds, there are only 3 😱
