They had provided us with heater and hot air blower. This made room very cozy. I had booked with the meals included. They provided very good food. Variety was less but quality of food was superb. Manager shakier was very helpful. They provided us with all the support required. Location is very close to gondola. You can walk from hotel. Close to the market as well. Location was a big plus.

Food is home made, one has to order at least half an hour in advance. Delicious Indian crusin. Rooms are specious but there are no cupboards or hangers. Bathrooms are clean but one has to ask for toiletries as per requirement. Bathtowels and bed lenin are clean. Overall an excellent stay within a reasonable budget.

Only gripe is that food was not upto the mark and my family and myself suffered stomach problems from the same, maybe it was the water. Barring the food and water, one can book the hotel. Another issue is because of the location you will have to walk a lot towards the good restaurants like sagar ratna and fast food points like pizza hut, burger king etc.

I asked the order taker Tandoori roti is good or I should order Rice he said Roti will be good but roti was made up of refined flour and it was hard like a papad very difficult to chew. we have walked for around 28 Km to Vaishnavo mata darshan and we were expecting nice food as we were very hungry. They have spoiled our experience and staff is not so professional as property claims four star. Room amenities is ok. Overall I have spended 4500 Rs for this room but it's not worth it. I might get the same priced room in good 4 star chain hotels.
