If you have early morning flight or late night flight, this hotel is the best for your choice.
We have early morning flight and we called to hotel to pick us up from the MXP airport about 10PM which costs €5 per trip per person. It is very cheap comparing to take Uber.
Also, the bed is very firm and have space for 2 luggages to lay down for packing up stuff before the flight.
I recommend this hotel. Reasonable price and location is good as 5 mins drive to the airport.

As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary water or a kettle, which would be a welcome improvement for guests’ comfort.
The free shuttle bus to Terminal 1 is convenient and easy to find. However, travelers with heavy luggage should note that the walking distance from the shuttle stop to the actual departure area is longer than indicated. Although the sign says “4 minutes,” it took me closer to 10 minutes, passing through the Arrival Hall before reaching Departures.

For a local experience, head south 100 meters from the east side of the hotel, then turn east for another 100 meters, and finally turn south for another 100 meters. On your left, you'll find SAMARCANDA restaurant, which is the social ”nightlife” hub of the nearby small village. It's very popular and offers a variety of pizzas; the most expensive seafood pizza is 9.5 euros, which is enough for one young man or two seniors to share. If you go through the archway east of the restaurant and continue east for another hundred meters, you'll reach the village church and bell tower.

Their customer service/ reception/ room service is beyond my expectations. Staff were very attentive to guest's request.
Room is nicely renovated, amenities in room are well equipped with safe box/electric kettle/ iron board/mini fridge.
The hotel adds a nice touch by providing complimentary airport shuttle to and fro for every hotel guests.(Accordingly to their timetable/schedule)
There's a small section by the corner of hotel entrance, selling cup noodles, mineral water, candies, chocolates if you need to grab some for yourself .
I have had a wonderful great time for two consecutive nights.
Reception desk staff by the name of Yleni & Camila has been very helpful during my stay.
I highly recommend HILTON GARDEN INN for those needing an accommodation near Malpensa airport.
Hilton group really did a great job on this one, truly commendable.
Thank you to each and every staff at Hilton Inn Malpensa for your full dedication in providing the best service to your guests.
