Although the front desk was very busy with many checking in, the attitude of the team was just wonderful. Special mention for Winnie and Carl. Their team spirit and “can do” attitude was most impressive. Other then the many checking in, there were kids sent by parents to do laundry asking for assistance. Winnie had to listened to the mom giving instructions via the wrist watch of the kid. Winnie handled in patiently and most politely. Her display of customer service was first rate !! I will definitely stay here again and tell my friends to do so too.
