Access to groomed French River snowmobile trails right off of the property that connect to the 241 kms of trails maintained by the FRSA.Ice fishing right in the backyard and a great tobogganing hill on the property. This waterfront is the last house on the street located on Bear Lake in the French river.This is a very spacious cottage. Enough parking for 7 cars/trucks. The property has two levels. The first floor has a big kitchen, fully equipped for everything you would need for cooking. A living area with new leather couches, sunroom with dining area and a walkout to the first floor patio overlooking the lake with a propane bbq. A bathroom, 2 big bedrooms (each with a queen bed) one bedroom has a giant soaker bathtub.Down to the lower level is a big spacious recreational room equipped with a 70 inch smart tv and a brand new leather sectional. This room is also overlooking the lake with a walkout to the lower patio, fire pit, and dock. The second bathroom with shower, 3 bedrooms ( all with queen beds). The larger bedroom downstairs has two queens beds. Extra storage with a stand up freezer and extra fridge are also downstairs.This is a very big cottage. It's located in the center of Alban, steps away from a grocery store, hardware store, bank, restaurant, pharmacy, etc. Splash pad park and a library are 2 min away and a cozy public beach is a 3 min drive down the road.Public boat launch is a 3 min drive as well as a boat, ATV, snowmobile and ice hut for ice fishing rental. All around the house deck with bbq.
