It’s a fantastic place, all around. It’s very large, so plan accordingly. (The gym and kiddie care are far away from the entrance and restaurant.) The restaurant is exceptional and they don’t gouge you. It’s more than elsewhere, of course, but not by much. Will stay there again. PS the pool is really good too, but bring a swim cap or they’ll make you buy one. Jacuzzi is so-so but clean enough. Also a dry sauna. They could use a swimsuit spinner in the ladies’ changing room, though.From€97

The location of the hotel is really good, right in the center of the city and convenient to go everywhere. The rooms arranged by the hotel are also annexes, and the bathroom should be renovated and clean. The room was very large and had 2 beds.
Breakfast is continental breakfast, hot only boiled eggs, pan cake and tea / coffee. There are slices of ham and salami. There are many types of bread, such as yogurt and fruit. Breakfast is included in the room rate, so don't expect too much.SOLD OUT

It takes about ten minutes to walk from Galway Railway Station. It is not in the center and the location is a bit remote. But the room is big enough and the bed is very big. The rooms had comfy beds, large lockers and air-con. The free breakfast was delicious and home made and they even do family dinner each night which is great value and a fun way to meet people. The bathrooms were basic but functional and clean and I didn't have to wait for a shower.
The pub downstairs was lively and good value.
I would suggest bringing ear plugs though as the live music goes on quite late some nights so if you want to sleep you'll need them.From€35

The hotel was quite far from the city Centre it takes approximately 20 Minutes of walk, for those who doesnt want to walk may take a bus which will take u around 5 minutes for 2 euros. However, amenities are good it does provides what a hotel is supposed to give, room was big and comfy the bed and pillow makes me don’t wanna get off the bed. Staffs were very helpful I asked the receptionist to print some document for me and he printed it out for me in Juz a few seconds. Jonathan was very helpful and advised on where to go, eat, places to visit, etc in Galway We were upgraded to a bigger room on 2nd floor which was huge. .the box of chocolates as welcome gift was a very nice gesture! Ava had our room serviced and cleaned to a great standard The bathroom was big and shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was good too, with variety but same on all 3 days.

We were given a beautiful room over looking the Circle of Life garden and the sea further on. See photo. Noise from jacuzzi below was bothersome in the morning and I had requested a quiet room, which it was apart from the engines bubbling below. Service in restaurant was incredibly slow for breakfast. Breakfast offering was good; not much pastry wise, but lots of fruits, gorgeous cheese, avocados even, good quality Oj. But the Coffee was sludge and undrinkable. Though the View over Galway bay is beyond compare. Room was comfortable though dated but very clean except at one point in the shower I looked down to see a chunk of long black hair stuck to my foot… 2000% not mine. That was pretty gross. It must have been sitting in the drain as I’d have noticed before getting in. Cockroaches in the shower are a more welcome site than that. Bathroom is modern and shower had good power. Bed was soft but comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Pool is small, sauna is great. Pool not too clean/ Two discarded plasters on the side.
