Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. The breakfast was vegetarian-friendly (maybe because there were a lot of Indians), so there was no bacon or sausage, and at the end I was told that there would be no coffee today (although it was one day out of three nights). This is not fair on the other guests that are staying at the hotel, especially business travellers. This hotel service is excellent! They take care all your need.There is lot choice in the breakfast.Room is big and facility is nice.There is the swimming pool in roof and atmosphere is good.Especially the ***ager in front office Mr.Akshay is really nice ***ager take care all and always smile .

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff(Prateek, Maringo, Rahu) who endured my breakfast experience was top notch.

Taj Gurugram feels like my second home in India. I stay here for at least 10-15 days every six months and always enjoy the exceptional service and hospitality this hotel provides. They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.

Well sized good rooms but some power issue turned lights on and off. The shower also didn’t turn off and was dripping. Location is good though and cheaper to get here than even Aerocity if you are travelling to airport
