Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. There are food stall-like shops lined up in front of the hotel, and the area is crowded with locals. Because of this, it is a little difficult to get in by car (taxi). The breakfast was vegetarian-friendly (maybe because there were a lot of Indians), so there was no bacon or sausage, and at the end I was told that there would be no coffee today (although it was one day out of three nights). This is not fair on the other guests that are staying at the hotel, especially business travellers. Stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Sector 68, Sohna Road, Gurugram with friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the amenities provided were good for a short stay. While there is still some room for improvement, the hotel offers good value and a comfortable stay. A nice option when visiting Gurugram with friends.

The hotel is clean and well facilitated with great food! It takes a little bit from the center of Gurgaon but the quality except for the staff is great. Gym and pool are good to use.
The staff did not set the water bottle and I asked. A staff member came to my room with them and asked for a good review by using a Google map review. Also, as bugs were in the hotel room, a staff changed my room to other. The staff said she would bring my stuff to a new room but it was not finished and I brought them to a new room. Sometimes I could not understand the staff.

The room was comfortable and the pillows were great! The room cleaning service is very friendly, the equipment is in good condition, the location is very close to the subway station, but the breakfast service is ordinary, it is highly recommended for business travelers

It was surprisingly clean and quaint, unlike a 4-star hotel. The room was stylish, with a good mix of old and modern items. The balcony was a nice place to smoke.
On the downside, it was located in a luxury residential complex, so it was too far to walk to a nearby supermarket. On the plus side, the hotel's restaurant was delicious, so there was no need to leave the house.
The room was cold, but they immediately provided a heater. The only downside was that the water pressure was a bit weak and the hot water was lukewarm.

Taj Gurugram feels like my second home in India. I stay here for at least 10-15 days every six months and always enjoy the exceptional service and hospitality this hotel provides. They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.

Well sized good rooms but some power issue turned lights on and off. The shower also didn’t turn off and was dripping. Location is good though and cheaper to get here than even Aerocity if you are travelling to airport
