The building has traditional architecture with baroque and Mudejar influence. Its environment recreates a family house of the XIX century with decoration elements related to the stud. (1 double bed and 1 single Bed), 2 private bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 living room and a terrace.It offers gastronomic services, laundry, Massages and Taxi, 2 Taxis are available to carry out pick-ups at different stations inside or outside the city. In the same way the rent of the cars is offered full time with a driver included and it is not the responsibility of the client, neither the food nor the lodging of the driver.Very close to the house are located the Central Parks (only 2 minutes walking), Holguín is the "city of Parks" ... Around them there are varied nightclubs and cafes very busy all day and night, the House of the Trova, the Benny Moré Show with artistic show (comedians, singers and dancers) and later music to dance all night, the Bowling to enjoy bowling games. Restaurants of Creole and International Food. Exclusive places such as the Loma de la Cruz (unique viewpoint of the city where the Cross baptized by the current Pope Francisco is located).At home you will meet helpful people, with a high sense of friendship and you will feel the human warmth transmitted by the Cuban.

The hotel was in good condition . It is a three star hotel however.
The pool was the greatest attraction of the Hotel.
The poolside bar and patio only had drinks but absolutly no food.
The complimentary breakfast was limited to a sandwich of ham and cheese on a small roll.
Maybe and egg if you are there on a lucky day. Most days not.
They came along with a glass of juice made with Cuban water, which I dare not drink.
They served this a few pices of cut fruit.
Half a cup of coffee, It was hit or miss if they had SUGAR to put in the coffee.
The small hotel restaurants on the lower level has two choices for a meal. Ham steak or fish.
My last two days they had a hamburger steak. That was it.
Most of my meals were eaten in restaurants away from the hotel at several of the downtown parks.
The room was clean and well cared for. The TV and airconditioner did work well.
They promised internet cards to buy during my seven day visit. But the internet cards were never available.
I had to go to the central park, sit in the sun, and connect ot the internet.
Half of each day the electricity was off, therefore no internet.
However, it is still the best place to stay in Holguin
