Excellent service. We were picked up right after landing and then fast-tracked. Upon arrival, we immediately had a hand-washing ceremony. We were upgraded to a large suite. The gym, pool, and restaurant were all excellent. I'll definitely be back.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The Siam resort, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Bill Bensley, features breathtaking design and decor, with stunning details at every turn. We were upgraded to a villa with a private courtyard, and our room was beautifully appointed with antique pieces. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

No follow up action was found that I disappointed. I made remark of my birthday via hotel agency, but eventually I needed to remind your receptionist again then a birthday cake received at night time on that day. Birthday and anniversary date that are common for celebration. So please take it into account for dealing with as matter of top priority.

Outstanding!! For months I had been eagerly awaiting our arrival at the Sundhorn Kempinski, I had built it up in my mind as something incredible to look forward to, and it totally blew away our expectations! The Sindhorn is an architectural masterpiece unsurpassed. A modern paradise that oozes with elegance. The gardens enhance the atmosphere to bring a sense of tranquility and peace in the bustling city of Bangkok. I’ve travelled extensively in Europe, namely Italy, but I’ve never experienced such superior service from all the staff as I had on our stay at the Sindhorn. The effort they go to make you feel special and valued was quite humbling! I almost felt unworthy, the respect shown was unsurpassed, but I can tell you, it was mutual, we were sure to extend our gratitude at every opportunity. We even received an unexpected upgrade to an Executive room 80sqm which was fantastic! Firefly Bar was such a treat, superb fit out and interior matched well with the live jazz music and expertly made cocktails. Breakfast was elite, so much to choose from and the quality was perfect. The pool was a great place to relax and watch the city. I went 3 times in our 24 stay. One of the quieter moments I’ll remember the most was having afternoon tea in the magnificent lobby, just relaxing and people watching. Also handy for us was the small mall complex attached to the grounds at the end of the garden, about 25 well polished restaurants and cafes. Overall this the best luxury hotel experience we’ve ever had. We cannot wait to return. I even made my parents change their booking at the Waldorf Astoria a couple blocks away and booked directly for them through Sindhorn reservations.  My parents are Hilton Diamond members and Sindhorn were able to match their benefits. This shows me this hotel is ready to acknowledge the competition and win over new guests, I congratulate them for this. If you’re thinking of staying at the Sindhorn, don’t think any further, just act and enjoy the show!

Honestly, best experience in hotel that I had in my life! Everything was so perfect, so clean, so organized, so tasty! staff does such a great job, they care about some small details that I wouldn’t even notice! they are so welcoming and caring, I felt so happy staying in this hotel. The stay was amazing — way better than I expected. 🔸The room was spotless, and all the amenities were Diptyque’s Philosykos scent, which happens to be my favourite. 🔸The Club Lounge is 100% worth the upgrade. For the extra money, it basically works like a full-board plan — you could easily have 5 meals a day if you wanted. Food changes throughout the day and you can have free flow of champagne during dinner! Everything I tried was excellent. 🔸Breakfast at Lily’s was honestly top notch. Four buffet stations plus an à la carte menu, and everything was delicious .. they even had the best congee in the world (IMO). Hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Special shoutout to Chida at Lily’s, who was so warm and attentive — she really made the mornings memorable. 🔸The gym offers free classes. I joined a Muay Thai session and ended up being the only guest, so it felt like a private lesson. The trainer was super professional and made it really fun. 🔸I also tried the sauna/steam area, which has a whirlpool and even a salt room like a Korean Jimjilbang. The coolest part? They only allow one pair of guests per session, so the privacy is unbeatable. 🔸The staff was super friendly - which can be a bit overwhelming for an introvert like me😬. But I truly appreciated their attentiveness and genuine care. All in all, this hotel nails the balance between luxury and comfort without going over the top. I’d definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone heading to Bangkok.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights while on a business trip. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and plenty of cafes nearby. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and quick with check-in, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The blackout curtains were a lifesaver for catching up on sleep. The Wi-Fi worked well most of the time, though it did cut out once or twice during video calls. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay without breaking the bank.

From my 3rd experience with St Regis Bangkok, this time I felt more improvement on the service which is more care and warm for checking in or especially the earthquake happened. Last few times, I don’t feel that the team around or care . So l went to Rosewood before was better. But this time I totally change my mind , I will stay again with st Regis . Anyway , I need to thank you the team that they arranged all for guest after earthquake. We all felt very warm and comfortable. Especially the F & B director I think is western who arrange some good for us . As the time most of them haven’t got lunch yet , it’s very professional. And one of the girl which is working in kitchen , she brought me her apron for cover my legs, thanks for her care. I really appreciated for St Regis team , they done it very well & professional. I stayed at this hotel for one night last week to celebrate my birthday. Before booking, I did some research online and saw many reviews saying that the hotel would prepare a birthday cake and a handwritten card, which made the experience very special. Because of this, I chose to stay here and even noted in my reservation that it was for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First, my room was only ready more than an hour after the promised check-in time. When I finally entered the room, there was no cake, no handwritten card, and no sign of any birthday arrangement. Considering the reviews I had read, this gave me a very poor first impression. Later, after I asked about it, the hotel arranged balloons and champagne. While I appreciated the gesture, it was disappointing that I had to request it myself — this should not be the case at a five-star hotel. It also felt inconsistent, as it seems some guests receive the full experience while others do not, which feels like unfair treatment. On the positive side, the location is excellent and the staff were polite and professional, and since the room was delayed, they did arrange a late check-out for me. Overall, while the location and staff attitude were good, the lack of consistency and disappointing handling of a special occasion made the stay fall below my expectations. I would not consider staying here again in the future.
