Service is exceptional, the breakfast is one of a kind, location maybe bit far off the centre but it depends where you plan to go. Definitely will come back when I travel to Delhi.

What truly sets Trident Gurgaon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. Had an amazing experience at Crowne Plaza Gurgaon! The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which added to the overall experience. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety, and the service was truly beyond exceptional — the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and seamless stay in Gurgaon!

Hotel environment is OK, but the front desk can't communicate, and the service that is repeatedly confirmed is still not well done the next day, making people worry about communication.

Lovely hotel perfect for business stay. Room was spacious and had a nice office table. Breakfast spread was also delightful. Really enjoyed my stay!

The room was spacious with a good sized television. However, the AC felt sub par; we had the filter changed but it did not cool the room properly. We also noticed that for some reason some of the staff members did not use the bell and knocked on the door instead. This felt a bit odd to me. Rest, the property is decent.

Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended
