Service is exceptional, the breakfast is one of a kind, location maybe bit far off the centre but it depends where you plan to go. Definitely will come back when I travel to Delhi.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trident Hotel in Gurgaon for a week during a business trip, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of meetings. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the well-stocked minibar. The hotel facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and fitness center are well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind after a busy day. I also had the opportunity to dine at their restaurants, and I must say the food was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. What truly sets Trident Gurgaon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Lovely hotel perfect for business stay. Room was spacious and had a nice office table. Breakfast spread was also delightful. Really enjoyed my stay!

Hotel environment is OK, but the front desk can't communicate, and the service that is repeatedly confirmed is still not well done the next day, making people worry about communication.

We use it every time we stay in Delhi! It's a pity that I was worried about the smell of the hot water in the bath this time, but I'm very grateful that I can enjoy the taste of Japan, which is difficult to get in India for breakfast and lunch, and that it is equipped with a washlet. I'm thinking of using it next time I stay!

Taj Gurugram feels like my second home in India. I stay here for at least 10-15 days every six months and always enjoy the exceptional service and hospitality this hotel provides. They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.

Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

The property is nice, & the rooms & service is good. Ambience of Qube restaurant needs some upgradation according to Marriot standards. Every staff member was kind, cooperative, and truly professional. I have been to many hotels and i must say the buffet dinner & breakfast at Qube had a huge variety, the taste & quality was flawless.👍

I think it is a very good hotel. The room is clean and tidy. There were some good shops in the vicinity. The staff are very friendly.
