The hotel I was most looking forward to on this trip, it really didn't disappoint!
The room is very big, the best hotel should be a suite, each room type has two rooms and two to three beds
There is champagne and snacks in the welcome package, the decoration style is very suitable for taking pictures and enjoying a leisurely vacation in the room, the only drawback is that the heating is a little bit behind, and the water flow in the shower is too small and too cold
- Guest User
The room is very large and the decoration is luxurious. The elevator is very special and is an old-fashioned button elevator. Located on the Avenue of Thanksgiving, very close to the Mira House, etc., there are many delicious tapas nearby. The only fly in the ointment is that the nearby subway station is too noisy, you can feel the subway shaking at night, and the street will be very lively at night, a bit noisy

Super awesome! I booked a suite for three nights with my kids and upgraded to a suite with a view of Casa Batlló. The surprise was that I caught the light show of Casa Batlló on the last night. I could see the light show directly on the terrace of the room without having to go to the street to watch it. It was so awesome!
The room was big and full of details. The fruits delivered every night were very rich. Champagne and cake were also delivered on the first night!
Mandarin Oriental should be the best hotel in Barcelona. We walked to the three Gaudi attractions and Passeig de Gràcia was very easy to visit.
I will definitely stay at Mandarin Oriental next time I come to Barcelona!

I got sick while staying at the hotel. The hotel invited a doctor to my room to see me for free. The front desk also helped me to go to the pharmacy to get medicine according to the doctor's prescription. They also sent me thoughtful food and gifts. The service was very good.

This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Barcelona. The breakfast was superb, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. The pool area was a definite highlight, with plenty of handsome guests! Plus, it's conveniently located right next to El Corte Inglés department store. The rooms were excellent too. I'll absolutely be staying here again on my next visit.

This hotel is very close to FC Barcelona and offers excellent facilities. The steak at their restaurant was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was OK, especially the large balcony, where I could sit and watch the Mediterranean Sea, which was very pleasant. Overall, the price/performance ratio was good, and more than 2,000 RMB a night was not expensive.

The rooms are nice, clean and well equipped. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, and it is very rich early.

The hotel is located 100 meters from La Pedrera, which is very convenient for travel. Before I went this time, I booked a room with two 1-meter beds. Maybe the hotel did not have this room type or for some reason, the hotel upgraded the room; and then there was the breakfast , although there are not many varieties, the quality is very good! Next time you go to Barcelona, you can consider staying at this hotel again.
- Guest User
The room is very good and the service is very good. It is very close to the three-piece suite, and there are Chinese restaurants and coco milk tea shops nearby. The room can see the roof of Casa Mila.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Generally speaking, the hotel rooms in Europe are not big and old, and they are not as smart as those in China. However, the room in this hotel is quite spacious. The front desk added a child's bed and upgraded a larger room. The charge is reasonable.
Facilities: The hotel has a history of more than 100 years, and the facilities are inevitably a little old, but overall it is good. The equipment is not fancy, but very practical. There is a radiator in the bathroom, which is very necessary for winter stays.
Service: Very good, rich and exquisite breakfast, the waiter's attitude is very good, and the greeting every morning brings a good mood to the start of the day.
Environment: The hotel is in a very good location, in the city center, close to attractions such as Casa Batlló, Casa Mila, and Sant'Agata, and close to the city center streets. The transportation is very convenient and taxis are not expensive.

A highly recommended hotel, with warm service, a very traditional feel, warm and clean room layout, strong service awareness, and convenient location for travel. I'd like to add a small episode. I bought an ice cream but was afraid it would melt in the minibar, and I couldn't eat it that day, so I called housekeeping and asked if they could put it in the refrigerator and take it out the next day. When I returned it the next day, a box of ordinary ice cream was filled with it, which was very considerate.

We had such a beautiful and memorable stay at Ohla Barcelona! After coming from an 18-hour trip, we truly appreciated the early check-in and the lovely upgrade, it was the perfect welcome and exactly what we needed. The location is absolutely ideal, especially as a pre-cruise stay, and being our first time in Barcelona, Ohla set the tone for our entire trip.
The staff were all incredibly nice and friendly, making us feel at home right away. The cava and chocolates waiting in our room were such a sweet and thoughtful touch, but what touched us most was the handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary, it made the moment even more special. Thank you Iraia and Andrea.
Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of delicious options. I have to give a special mention to the mini croissants, they were absolutely divine, melting in your mouth with every bite!
We would also like to especially mention Fatima from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make sure our breakfast experience was perfect. She was so warm, genuinely friendly, and attentive. She even prepared us some really good lattes, which made our mornings even better. Her kindness and hospitality truly stood out!
We will absolutely book here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Ohla Barcelona, for making our first visit to this beautiful city unforgettable!

The location is perfect in the Gothic Quarter, you can walk to La Rambla and a lot of shop and restaurants. The room is clean and comfortable. The glass shower is a bit different but that’s personal choice. Very dark in the communal areas. Good breakfast included.
They allow us to use the wellness centre for shower and rest after check-off while waiting for our night flight. Excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel overall - great location close to the wharf and casino, great room deco (brand new, super clean, and spacious). If I had to be picky, only flaw is the lift is too slow (waiting time) and closes door very fast!

Great ocean view from our room. The 2-start Michelin restaurant inside the hotel was delicious and worth a try. However the pool was closed during winter. Come in summer if you’d like to enjoy the infinity pool!

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! Casa Batlló, Casa Mila, and Gracias Avenue are all downstairs. You can return to the hotel after shopping, and the security is very good, which makes people feel at ease. The terrace room I booked is very beautiful, and I can see the beautiful sunset every day. I will book this hotel next time.

5-Star Location and Service
This an advance birthday trip of my husband and this hotel really stands tall among the competition because of the central location, price and services.
Right in the center of action and tourist sites of Barcelona-Passeig De Gracia, High End Shops and Top Tapas restaurants are everywhere-- all around is high end, modern and has fashion-forward vibe! There are also so many affordable places to go too and really has a safe feel everywhere especially for tourists. Cabs are overflowing as this is in the center of Barcelona. The hotel is literally connected to the high end shops so it is posh and lovely!
The staffs especially the reception, ushers, are all helpful and pleasant and really made you feel so special as they made effort to know who you are-- I was greeted with recognition of my name from the bellman to the front plus a note screen in the hotel room-- very personalized!
If you plan to visit Barcelona, JUST GO HERE-- you would not regret it!
Price: Very Good
Value: Very Good (Love the Atelier smell everywhere)
Location: Excellent
Service: Excellent
Highly recommended 10/10
We will be back!
The W Hotel boasts the best location on Barcelona beach. I recommend booking a high-floor room if possible; the sunrise views in the morning are absolutely stunning. After checking in, I suggest heading straight to the beach. The hotel has its own small private beach area accessible from the basement level, and guests get complimentary use of sun loungers and towels. The outdoor pool on the ground floor is fantastic, with many European and American tourists enjoying the sun. My tip is to have breakfast early, as the number of sun loungers on either side of the pool is limited. On Sunday evenings, the hotel hosts a pool party, which is free for guests with a room card. Non-guests have to queue and pay an entrance fee, and the atmosphere at the pool party is really great.

The facilities looked too old for a 5 star hotel. Even the coffee machine was too dirty so I had to wash it many times b4 I used it. The stains were hard to get off.. Locationwise, Its a little away from the main area. It wasnt too bad. The staffs were nice but next time if I visit Barcelona, I would stay at a hotel close to pl. catalunya where the airport bus stops. It was tiring to carry my luggage all the way to the bus station 🫠

Very good, recommended to stay. It's close to the subway, there is an old pedestrian street nearby, and there are many places to eat. The hotel is clean and the internet speed is fast. The room is relatively spacious.

The location is excellent and clean, but a little old, the electric curtains are a little scary, but living on Thanksgiving Avenue is convenient, and it is also convenient to take the subway. It is a great choice. Especially you can step on the floor tiles designed by Gaudi.
The hotel is in a great area close to the city centre and shopping Square and also close to the Metro and bus lines. The staff are very nice and amenities are good. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe in this hotel especially because it’s a LGBTQ+ but hetero friendly hotel. The beds are comfortable just be aware that the shower is see-through so if you’re sharing you will likely see the person taking a shower. The pool was also very nice for chilling in after a very long day of exploring. Just be careful of removing anything in the minibar. I removed some of the things and placed them on the table because I wanted to use the fridge to put my food and drinks that I bought myself . I unfortunately almost got charged for the things that I removed from the mini bar fridge even though I hadn’t consumed them. I did however explain to the receptionist that I returned all the drinks in the mini bar as I hadn’t consumed them.Overall I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Initially we were given a terrible room with a terrible bathroom. A day later we decided to find out if it was possible to change the number and we were given a normal number. Please note that the photos presented here do not refer to standard rooms (most likely in the photo - luxury)
Excellent position for the building as it places itself at vicinity of everything, bus, metro, shopping and restaurants. Place is clean and comfortable. The aircon makes the living so good. The cost is slightly above being reasonable. The odd stands out is the internet problem. Problem started on day one, but the management did not seriously consider the issue until a more forceful complaint made on the fourth day, toward the end of my journey. Then the internet specialist moves in to solve the problem. Without the internet, it’s hard to communicate and enjoy the trip. I found out the internet quality vary across the hotel room in the hotel.
Moxy Barcelona offers a stylish and energetic stay in a great location. The atmosphere is youthful and welcoming, with friendly staff and a vibrant lobby that doubles as a social and work space.
Rooms are compact but well-designed, with comfy beds, good lighting, and smart use of space. The bar and lounge area are great for relaxing, grabbing a drink, or meeting other travelers.
The hotel is well-connected to public transport and close to popular attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
If you enjoy modern design, good service, and a casual, fun vibe, Moxy Barcelona is a great choice. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or short business stays. Highly recommended!

Hotel is in great location, next to Main Street.
Staff is friendly and efficient.
Room very comfortable and in full working order .
Bath was quite dangerous as you need to climb up. Spoke to front desk and they supplied a disposable bath mat. Much appreciated .
Great breakfast, limited variety but fantastic quality
Negative: for several days, I was saving coins to use at the automatic laundry nearby.
On the second day, we left about 12 Euro in various coins on the desk. In the evening upon our return the money had disappeared. We spoke to reception and they told us they had to speak to a manager, however in the meantime we should search our room . The next morning , we were leaving , we emptied the room and found nothing . Nobody from the hotel got back to us. I blame myself for no locking the coins, but thought this is a 5 star so should be safe . This is the reason service got a low score.
Highlights: Great breakfast, awesome location.
Lowlights: 1) Lost money in the hotel. We left some local currency which was taken when we had the room cleaned. 2) We paid for the breakfast option in cash, forgot to get a receipt, the following day the guys at the front desk said there were no records of the payment nor the additional breakfast. They eventually conceded but you can’t help but think the guys we initially paid cash to pocketed the money.
I had booked a hotel on La Rambla for my previous trip to B****lona. . Since it is a famous street, we lived among thousands of people for 3 days. It was a disgrace. This time we chose H10 hotel. The location is very nice. Dozens of world brands on the street. It was very close to restaurants, even by walking. It was very nice to sit in the cafe with its lobby and pool. (Unfortunately, many hotels do not have outdoor areas.)
When you arrive at the hotel, you have to go to your room immediately.
Cleanliness, staff quality, 20 m2 room size, nespresso, water and sound insulation every day, and walking distance to every museum were excellent.
It was also nice to be welcomed with champagne.
If we come again, it will definitely be our choice.
I had an amazing experience staying at Travelodge From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated.
