I've stayed here many times - last time in september 2022. The staff at the reception are so lovely, and always give me a warm welcome and are otherwise very helpful. Early check-in, late check-out, room allocation, cant fault it - its usually no problem (depending on capasity of course). Stayed 2 nights this time, shortly after going to my room i got a lovely surprise delivered to the room. It was very much appreciated! Breakfast is wonderful, with everything you could desire. Staff there and in the pool bar was nice and helpful (minus one time at the pool bar, waited and did not get served). Im coming back in July this year, and cant wait!

This was our second visit to this hotel and my parents eighth visit. I will start with the good points. The hotel is immaculate especially the pool and grounds. Everywhere is well maintained and easy on the eye. The food is exceptional. The best buffet we have been to by a mile. Heaps of choice, allergy labelled and a lady comes round regularly changing serving spoons. Special mention to Roberto who is an exceptional waiter - perfectly balancing professional and personal service. Drinks service is very good and again special mention to Martin who had everyone laughing. I did notice great camaraderie between all the pool staff and they always looked happy which was good to see. Our room was kept immaculately clean and clean towels twice a day was a bonus. However our stay this time was marred by an extremely surly check in experience with Kimberley. Whilst we overhead (and remembered) other exceptional reception staff like Elena and Emilo Jose greeting customers and interacting very pleasantly we had a very different experience. Firstly Kimberley informed us that all the a la carte restaurants were fully booked for our stay so if we had planned on booking any we could not. Luckily we didn’t want to anyway but it wasn’t the best welcome. Then we were given our room keys and told ‘if you don’t like the rooms there is nowhere you can move to’. Ok well we hadn’t even seen the room at that point, so naturally we were on alert. We went to see the rooms in question. Having paid a premium for a superior garden room we weren’t impressed to have a view of the back of the supermarket. We returned to reception and had a very frosty reception. Eventually we were moved but only after being spoken to very rudely. It is very rare I would mention a member of staff in a review in a negative light, preferring to instead highlight great staff but the attitude of Kimberley seriously upset both myself and my husband but more sadly my parents who were celebrating an 80th birthday and are regular guests. For us sadly this has meant we are only to give 4 stars and not 5 on this occasion, and this team member significantly let down the hotel and all the other amazing staff members.

Yesterday, I just arrived at the time and I couldn’t decide whether to book this for three days. I originally decided to bring the baby before leaving or to come by myself. Because it takes four hours to fly in Geneva, I am afraid that he will not be able to make it on the plane. [Like R] Thank you for upgrading my room and allowing me to have a small swimming pool with my own slap. This hotel has two large pools and a children's pool, the hotel is not very green and looks very clean. Three restaurants, buffet, Spanish restaurant and a Fusion restaurant. The buffet is not booked, the other two have to be booked in advance but it is also free. The back door of the hotel can be directly connected to the sea by brushing the room card, or you can go to the seaside. They are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The roadside is a five-star hotel. You can see the swimming pool and restaurant of other hotels. You are ready to change to a hotel next time.
