Good hotel, every day was cleaning in the room, staff pleasant. Sea across the road, feed delicious. There is a swimming pool. To the center of Alania 15 minutes by bus from the stop, which is a few minutes walk from the hotel. The Internet in the hotel is good, it turned out to work on video communication remotely. Everything liked.

The hotel liked, clean, food good especially dinner, clean clothes, staff try to help everyone, thank the guy with the resepshen special. Minus noise from the road, but for me not critical. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

We had a rest in September 2024 with the family. I must say that never before have we eaten so diversely and deliciously in Turkish hotels as here. Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere, spacious two-room suite with a balcony and a mini-kitchen, hotel territory, comfortable functional gym. It's a pity that the water in the sea is not the most transparent and warm, probably because of a small mountain river flowing into it.

Friends, this is one of the best hotels all included where I was! But, you have to report at once to yourself that it is not 5-ca about the huge territories, dozens of activities and 20-basin pools. Here is exactly what you see in the photo, and you will get - incredible views on the fortress Alania for breakfast, lunch and dinner! New clean rooms, beach across the road and a precise service. I came for this, in the food of excellent alcohol, enjoyed the delicious kitchen and enjoy the views! I will tell honestly, I will try to return to the hotel on the weekend, it is very convenient to get to it 😌

Just got back. Everything was great. Food better than expected. Nice pool. Beach bar is great, rooftop bar is great for sunset. Wasn't sure what to expect as half the reviews seem fake but is a genuinely good all-inclusive hotel for the money.

1. Огромная территория. Чистая, ухоженная. Парковка большая. 2. Большой пляж, много лежаков. 3. Различные развлечения включая баскетбольную площадку и 2 теннисных корта. 4. Разнообразное питание, вкусно. Мороженное 4 часа в день дают, всегда в наличии. 5. Хорошие коктейли алкогольные и безалкогольные. 6. 3 бассейна на улице, 1 крытый. 7. В Спа-уентре разнообразные программы. 8. Массажистки турчанки, некоторые делают массаж хорошо, но балийки лучше. Одна массажистка была, как первый раз пришла. 9. Номера и сам отель требуют ремонта, не современный, стиль 80-х годов, как построили, так и не переделывали. Видно, что постоянно красят деревянные окна. В лифте дверь самому открывать надо. В целом все аккуратно, но нужно обновлять. 10. На удивление везде на территории работал отлично Wi-Fi.

This hotel is great, German management, it goes without saying. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. The price in December is not bad, and in the peak season, the hotel is of course expensive. The room is great, everything works fine, the room has a balcony, the room has internet. The hotel is beautiful with comfortable sofas and armchairs in the lobby. The food in the restaurant was impeccable and I had half board. The food selection is great and everything is delicious. The sea is nearby, across the road. The center is also very close, a little over a kilometer. I recommend the hotel.

I had to pay extra money even though I booked already a double bed room. The view was out of this world! The breakfast was delicious. The staff were however cold and the bedsheets weren’t clean enough. My partner and I kept scratching our skins at night and we also found a roach in the room. T

The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, right next to the beach of Cleopatra. all the sights in step availability. Food excellent. almost every day there was beef, turkey, chicken is of course. once for dinner were given lamb. in 10 days of rest there was fish three times (dorada, pepper, scumbria). wife liked some dessert. fruits on the season for October:fruit, apples, oranges, mandarins, delicious creams and excellent grapes. breakfasts are standard for Turkey. I don't Iran is enough in this hotel. it is not given. wifi in the room, speed is good. of the downsides-noise in the room is bad. lived on the first floor. even with closed windows it was difficult to sleep from the throat-which was under the windows of Poles (most of the residents of this hotel) until 12 nights. screaming, songs, Laughs stopped only after the bar was closed. the hotel would return but would be asked for the upper floor rooms.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, the hotel is very good, the important thing is that it is right by the sea. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The room is very comfortable and the bed has a comfortable mattress. Everything you need is in the room, a refrigerator and a kettle. Clean and replenish moisture every day. The hotel itself is very clean. The food in the restaurant is very good, including meat, chicken, turkey, and fish. Vegetables and fruits, desserts. Everything is delicious. Drinks from the vending machines can be sold around the clock on the balcony overlooking the sea. There is a beach bar. The hotel has pretty good animations and sometimes live music. The location of the hotel is also good, 1 km from the centre of Alanya. I recommend the hotel.

Residing in the hotel from 21.05.25 to 27. 05.25. A great small hotel in a quiet place, very close to the beach of kleopatra, near the shops, across the road of the bakery with delicious bakery. Service is amazing, bed changed daily, breakfast without complaints at all! We will, if we get it, return there!

I am sorry to say that a mistake was made in my reservations for this hotel. I initially booked Nov. 5-7. Then I thought that it had been extended from Nov. 8 -12 and paid for that time but somehow it wasn’t. So today the reception person was very difficult telling me that I had to move immediately and was no help to me at all. I had stocked my room with food in the kitchen, about $ 100 worth which I cannot now use. In fact he suggested another hotel and I asked him to telephone that hotel and he said that he did and they had a room. When I got to that hotel, they did not have any call from the him from the Villa Sonsta so he lied to me about that and they had no room so I had to find another which you will see that I have done at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii hotel with no kitchen. So I had to cancel that extension at the Villa Sonata who refused me sny reimbursement saying that I had to contact you. You will find my new reservation at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel. So please reimburse my account with the Villa Sonata. I am very upset with the way that this was handled by them. They said my room was booked anyway so they will have booked it to somebody else for that period Thank you.

It's a good hotel. I read a lot of reviews before booking, and while they're varied, we decided to check it out and see for ourselves. Overall, if you're expecting something out of this world for a small price, this isn't for you, but if you're enjoying your stay and can't find anything to complain about, everything is great. Firstly, the location is excellent, secondly, the rooms are clean. We didn't find any fleas, bedbugs, or anything else, even though we thoroughly searched after the bad reviews. The bed linens and towels are clean, and the bathroom is also spotless. The rooms are cleaned daily, with linens changed every other day. The girls do their best, and they keep everything spotless. The food, restaurant, and bar are a big plus: 6-7 types of hot dishes, over 20 types of salads and appetizers, a good selection of sweets, cakes, fruit, cookies, and other delicious treats. The cakes are a big plus, they were delicious. They feed us five times a day. Overall, we ate like elephants. The waiters are very attentive to guests, constantly refilling dishes, promptly clearing dirty dishes from the tables before each meal, preparing the restaurant and pool area, washing and drying them. The pool is constantly cleaned and is always spotless. The bar is well-stocked with drinks, both free and paid. I'm not a fan of wine and other cocktails, but the beer there is really good. They entertain guests a couple of times a week. We caught a belly dancer. On the downside, if it matters to anyone, drinks and other items on the beach are extra. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee, but we didn't need all that; we like to relax practically in the water, and the sun loungers are about 15 meters from the water's edge. The bathroom doors are a bit dated. Bottom line: the hotel is 100% worth its money. Guests with high expectations and picky eaters are better off considering a hotel with at least a 5-star rating.

The headquarters of the Paragliding World Cup is located here, so I chose to live here. Very good value for money hotel, comfortable and cozy, beach roadside. The three meals a day also have something to suit your own taste. The hotel also has a variety of daily necessities in the canteen, as well as fee-based services such as hairdressing, sauna, and massage. I am busy with practice and competitions, and I haven’t enjoyed the free swimming pool, table tennis, and gym. I have a chance to come again Go, enjoy a cabaret show while having dinner. A great place for a family vacation.
