Kos Aktis Art Hotel is a reasonably priced hotel that provides an unparalled sea view and comfort with a really kind and helpful front desk staff like Sofia. Breakfast served in the open air dining room right by the edge of the sea is delectable with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. And the hotel is within easy walking distance to all the major attractions like the old town as well as the ferry port. Stay at Kos Aktis was truly a pleasant experience.

This accommodation is an excellent choice, located right in the city center with easy access to everything. The bed is comfortable, and if you book a room with a balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of both the city and the sea. The staff are kind and very accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is satisfying, offering a good English breakfast. Rooms are clean with a strong shower, even on the fourth floor, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The place also embraces sustainability, providing basic but pleasant-smelling toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Overall, it’s a fantastic stay — I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to others.
Very good location right at the stand. Service was unfortunately not available (reception was never occupied). The hotel's own food could tolerate a little more variation (we were there 2 weeks and there was exactly the same breakfast every day).
But if you want to spend the night there, it's good, because the hotel is directly on the beach and you also have direct access to a supermarket and car rental.
Pros are Location is excellent and Value for money. Old hotel. Free breakfast start 7am. On the website said can give early breakfast or something for take away if early checkout but apparently not true so please fix your website.

We booked two days when we tried to extend our trip, we wanted a double bed for the second day and paid Trip com. However, they combined two single beds in the room given to us and accepted the room as a double room. I told Trip com that they gave a gift score. That's why we didn't like the 2nd day room. The additional fee for the sports hall is also a disadvantage. TV channels are very limited.

The price was very good for the apartment which had 2 bedrooms a kitchenette with fridge and kettle but no cooking facilities which suited us very well . cereal and fruit is all we
needed for breakfast and then eat out for evening meal. A bathroom with shower. Towels changes every couple of days. Maid service every day emptying bins and tidying bed. which were changed twice during our 10 day stay. No Tv available and no seating area or lounge just the 2 bedrooms. We had a big balcony with sun from morning till night which was wonderful although not private as you could see all the other guests on theirs.Good English breakfast available which we enjoyed. Snacks throughout the day.
Only 5 minutes walk down to the beach where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. It was fairly quiet coming to the end of the season but open everywhere.
Staff at Origin very friendly especially Tigga who, worth her weight in gold,. was amazing always there to greet and have a chat.
Everywhere was clean. The pool was appreciated and sunbeds always available, cold yes but i loved it.
Aircon on was an extra cost but we didn't use it. It's on a main road so can be quite noisy if balcony doors are kept open.
Payment for safe was not refunded it was a one off payment .
Masks were only necessary when going into shops but staff had to wear them most of the time.
Hand sanitizer available everywhere and encouraged. Felt very safe re Coronavirus precautions and preparations.
All in all Origin is a fun place to stay great location great price so would probably return there again if returning to Kardamena.
