The bathroom in the room was leaking, and when I gave feedback to the customer service, they just said sorry. I booked a time to be dropped off at the airport, and confirmed it again and again, but when I went downstairs, I found that there was no reservation for me. I had to wait for half an hour to book it for me again at the front desk, and I almost missed my flight. This is the worst experience I have ever had in Amman, no doubt about it!

Excellent service. We were picked up right after landing and then fast-tracked. Upon arrival, we immediately had a hand-washing ceremony. We were upgraded to a large suite. The gym, pool, and restaurant were all excellent. I'll definitely be back.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Beautiful facilities and service was top notch. The steam room was particularly spectacular. Only minor issue is the location is not that convenient compared to other hotels but people staying at Four Seasons probably will be mostly spending time inside the hotel.

It was the easiest best decision I made. Low touch point high luxury feel that I love. Staff were warm yet professional and they know you by name. We were there for our anniversary and a cake and bouquet with a message card were waiting for us! The hotel was well located at the 10th floor of Central Embassy and a walking distance from Phrom Phong BTS stn. Convenient, impecable… truly impressed!

Service was excellent, hotel was very clean. it’s a quite embassy area and amenities nearby could be lesser if you’re looking for a happening place with convenience store, small eateries. But it’s a good location to visit prominent tourist spots.

It's been nine years since my last visit to the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, and I was delighted to find the hotel renovated. The rooms feel quite new, yet they beautifully retain their classic style. Both the breakfast and the Thai restaurant were superb, and the service remains as attentive as ever. The shuttle boat service to the shopping mall across the river is especially convenient. When our river cruise returned late, a quick call to the front desk resulted in them efficiently sending someone to pick us up – truly impressive service!

The classic Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok, situated on the Chao Phraya River, makes getting to the mall across the river very convenient with the hotel's own boat. The lobby boasts high ceilings and beautiful floral arrangements. The rooms are fully equipped, with high-quality and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast is also incredibly rich and varied, and the staff are polite and enthusiastic. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations, highly recommended.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The Siam resort, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Bill Bensley, features breathtaking design and decor, with stunning details at every turn. We were upgraded to a villa with a private courtyard, and our room was beautifully appointed with antique pieces. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The room was clean and well-decorated. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The location is great, with direct access to Siam Paragon. Overall, I was very satisfied. The only two minor drawbacks were the long wait during check-out and the anti-slip mat in the shower felt a bit old.

Congratulations 15 years anniversary, it’s my first stay on this hotel, it’s really very comfortable and luxurious hotel closed by shopping malls Siam Paragon and others shopping malls around by walking distance, the buffet breakfast it’s a must try, very delicious.

I was very disappointed with my stay. There was a strong and unpleasant smell of sewage in the rooms, which could also be detected from the hallway, even 10 meters away. I was on the 5th floor, and despite the hotel’s reputation, this was not what I expected. Additionally, loud music from a nearby bar or restaurant continued until midnight, making it very difficult to sleep. I had to keep the window open due to the smell, and so did my colleague in the neighboring room — but with nighttime temperatures around 8–9°C, the room was uncomfortably cold. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a hotel with such a good name.

Lovely hotel! The hotel is 10 min walk from the old twon. Our room was very clean and spacious with great shower! The staff are incredibly polite, welcoming and friendly. The staff from cafe at the front went out of their way to get us vegan cake in the evening. The bar staff was lovely as well and drinks and food reasonably priced. The breakfast had good selection for anyone including nice vegan options. Definitely try the vegan strawberry cake, it was the breakfast highlight for us. As they are renovating spa we couldn't use the hotel ones (we will have to come back to try). They offered options nearby but we opted for a different place for our massages in the end. Overall great stay and we will definitely come back.

This hotel is super nice and a very chic place to stay. Fun to have a drink in the lobby and to have breakfast inside the restaurant. The rooms are very spacious they have like three separate rooms and they have a beautiful balcony overlooking the property. Staff was flawless hotel was very upscale. The only problem I have with this hotel is that the pool is very very small and I like to luxury ate and of huge swimming pool when I am on vacation and the pool here very small maybe only suitable for children or for someone who doesn't like to swim laps. I never took a dip in the pool and I changed hotels because I wanted a spa / swimming pool hot tub amenity for my vacation. If you were not into pools then this is the perfect place to stay. I got this room for $100 a night and that is truly a steal.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few hundred meters from the express bus route 100 from the airport, and right in front of a major metro interchange station. There’s also a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Unirea Shopping Mall is within walking distance, and it’s situated in the heart of Old Town Bucharest, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The area is vibrant, with plenty of bars and halal restaurants just behind the hotel, offering a great variety of dining options. The room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, featuring a great view and even a coffee machine for added convenience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location, modern amenities, and accessibility. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

The hotel is nice and not far from the center, the traveller can either take the bus or walk to the center - old town (it could be a bit challenging in a hot day) The staff is amazing, there was an issue with AC and they arranged a different room where AC was working and everything is ok. The view from the restaurant on the 12th floor is nice and covers the city. The breakfast is tasty and has different choices. In other words, the hotel is highly recommended

Comfortable bed & good breakfast.The big negative is that even though air-con is advertised, there is no Individual control over the temperature of the air coming through the vent.When I asked Reception how I could stop the hot air coming through the vent & make it cooler air, they said they couldn’t do anything about it but just to turn off the air con altogether.I did that, but the hot room made it hard to get to sleep.

Superb location right in the heart of old town in Bucharest. Room is large with space for luggage. Breakfast are good, the staff are excellent in their service, not only friendly but also assist us in liaise with local Uber driver for transfer due to the limited driveway. Back door leads to the entrance towards the old town while the main doors are meant to go towards the subway and transport via the main road. Highly recommended if you wish to stay right in the old town and spoilt for choices to various restaurants, pubs and shops for accessibility.
