It is that you don't have a bottle of water when you check in, and you can only get water when you sleep. The room toiletries are Hermès. Many people have seen it and are attracted. The room looks out and there is nothing. The front desk calls without any use. Then the sauna is closed and none is opened. The waiter in the sauna can't speak English, and he said that it was turned off for a long time. The whole stay is really not good! ! !

There is a charge for dinner and the presentation is good. There was no buffet when I went for breakfast. British breakfast and Serbian breakfast are available a la carte. There is also a la carte, and there is no charge for fruit juice and coffee. Remember to leave a message. I went there for my wedding anniversary and got the cake in the second picture as a gift ❤️ It’s very thoughtful. There are also welcome snacks in the room, macarons, which are also delicious 😋

It is a boutique hotel, but the internal hardware is a bit old. Because it is an old house, the elevator was renovated later and the startup noise is very loud. And there are often motorcycles passing by when sleeping at night on the first floor, so it is not possible to achieve complete sound insulation.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a big forest behind and a playground in front. Parking is quite convenient. But my car was scratched for no reason. The breakfast is very rich. After staying for two days, the variety will be changed. Dinner is 12 euros per person, buffet, and the price-performance ratio is also very high, but there are no drinks. You can also order food at the coffee bar next to it, and the taste is very good. The room on the fourth floor has no air conditioning. It was very hot in the first half of the night, and I didn't dare to open the window. The balcony door is very cool when it is opened, but I dare not open it at night. The ceiling windows on the fourth floor are not blocked, and it is very bright early in the morning.

I stayed in a standard twin room, which was not big but clean. The breakfast was normal, and opposite was the Serbian Museum. The front desk service was pretty good, and introduced me to the opening hours of the castle cruise and the address of the Belgrade Red Star team. I had a good impression of the ladies at the front desk and sent them a thank-you letter. The hotel is in a very good location, next to the museum and the National Theater, and opposite is Mihajlo Street for eating and shopping. Overall, it is still recommended to stay.

The hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet.
