Excellent location, helpful staff, and clean hotel, breakfast was very basic or should I say rather disappointing as compared to similar hotels I had stayed on my several trips i.e. there were extra charges for a cooked egg/scrambled or for a basic omelette.

The room is very comfortable, you can see the sea in the distance, the sunset is amazing, and the restaurant tastes good~ The hotel is conveniently located, 200 meters downstairs is the M40 Boston subway station, which is close to the main road, but the windows are very soundproof. Don't worry about noise, the hotel service is also first-class, cost-effective, recommended~

We arrived in Istanbul late in the evening and needed a hotel to rest, with our next flight leaving early the next morning. There was a mistake in our booking, and the room was booked for one person. We arrived at the hotel, and the room was so tiny that it was impossible for two people to even spend the night there. But they didn't help us at all. They refused to refund our money or upgrade us to a larger room. They're generally not very customer-friendly. We had to book a room at the hotel across the street.

Hairdryer is so weak, it’s impossible to dry hair. Rooms are completely not soundproof and since 6-7am cleaning service and breakfast service are making a lot of noise. Rooms and reception stuff are wonderful, by the way, but the rest of stuff aren’t used to business travelers, who require some silence and attention. In total - under different circumstances I might stay here again.

How to say it? It's hard to describe it in one sentence. After we arrived, the service staff was very enthusiastic and strongly recommended us to go to another hotel, saying that the room was bigger and better, and closer to the tourist attractions. The location is indeed super good, but the hotel is very small, the suitcase can't be put in, and the bed is even smaller, about 90 cm. I feel cheated. . . The service staff is very arrogant. There are no other rooms. They won't change us, and we can't change back to the previous hotel. . How to say it, it's terrible to bring leaders out. This place is suitable for young people to come, go back and fall asleep, and go to the Internet celebrity restaurant to punch in and eat in the morning. In short, this hotel is extreme, the location is extremely good, and the room is extremely bad. You can choose it yourself.

The location is absolutely amazing!!!
Environment: Step out of the hotel's left side, and you can see the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Basilica Cistern all at once. Walk for another 10 minutes, and you'll reach the Topkapi Palace – truly incredible! Plus, the T1 tram line is right nearby, making it super convenient! Don't listen to Google Maps, it will take you on a detour; just exit the hotel and walk to your left.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are a bit old, but very clean. The highlight is how quiet the air conditioning is – truly befitting an old-school five-star hotel! My mom absolutely hates AC noise, and she was very satisfied with this hotel! However, because it's next to the mosque, you will hear the call to prayer around 6:30 AM. Also, for a twin room, the beds are 0.8 meters wide, which is indeed a bit small.SOLD OUT

Room 3219 – Exceptional Comfort
The room offered a superb balance of functionality and elegance. It was impeccably clean, featuring plush bedding, perfect lighting for reading or work, and a surprisingly quiet HVAC system, a rarity in city hotels. Small details, like the scent of fresh linen and a spotless bathroom, reinforced the sense of care behind the housekeeping standards.

Gorgeous, clean and great location for visiting Bazzaar and sightseeing. I enjoyed the variety of restaurants close by and complimentary breakfast. The spa was not great jacuzzi very cold and pool even colder in the middle of winter. We asked for the jacuzzi to be hot and was told it would take hours to get the temperature up so we could not unwind and relax after a long day of shopping.

The hotel was quite nice, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel.
Positive sides are a nice room, clean bathroom, amenities and most of all the position between two metro stations. Basically it's about a 10-12 minute walk from each of them. The staff was friendly and they helped me with the luggage. Breakfast was very good, with a large choice of Turkish food. The only thing they missed was Turkish coffee.
Negative sides are that the swimming pool wasn't working in the morning. That was actually the main reason why I chose that hotel, but apparently the pool starts working at 12 o'clock. The other negative is poor sound isolation. I heard my neighbours and everyone walking and talking in the corridor. However, the street sound was eliminated to zero when you close the windows.SOLD OUT

Since the weather was quite cold during our visit, the air conditioning system wasn’t initially active, but the reception team was responsive and quickly helped us enable the power when we called.

A rather cozy hotel with a great first impression, as a local gentleman who spoke some Chinese was there during check-in. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location; it's just over a 10-minute walk to the attractions in the Old City (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia). From Istanbul Airport, it's also only a 5-minute walk to the hotel from the final stop of the Line 11 bus.
Facilities: Basic amenities are complete. While not luxurious, the mini-fridge was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is a standard Turkish breakfast, and the coffee is very good.
Cleanliness: Satisfied. The room was clean and tidy; I didn't find any dirty spots.
Environment: The soundproofing is a bit average; you can clearly hear conversations outside the door. However, the hotel's location is relatively quiet, with no cars passing by the entrance. The dining area also has a peaceful atmosphere.
Service: The service was excellent. The front desk staff patiently answered guests' questions, gave me advice on getting to the airport, and even helped us store our luggage.From€44

I stumbled upon this hotel in what they call their 'Asian district,' and for the same quality, hotels across the river would cost a lot more. The public transport options around here are excellent — light rail, buses, ferries, and the subway are all very convenient. It's a great choice, especially since we booked a sea-view room. The ocean view is absolutely stunning; you just want to take pictures every time you look up. It would be perfect if the hotel windows were a bit cleaner, but otherwise, it's wonderful, and there are plenty of dining options nearby too.SOLD OUT

If the sightseeing needs of the old city are not taken into consideration, I think the hardware conditions provide a better stay experience than the Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet. However, the overall service quality is slightly inferior. Every staff member of the Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet is extremely warm and friendly, and always greets guests when they meet them; in contrast, the service staff of the Four Seasons Hotel at the Bosphorus is somewhat uneven.
