I had a pretty good stay overall. The location is definitely a highlight. Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and close to all the entertainment spots, which made everything super convenient. I only stayed for two nights, and that was honestly more than enough for what I needed.
The room itself was on the smaller side, but since I wasn’t in it much, it didn’t really bother me. It was very clean for the most part, although the shower in the bathroom could’ve used a bit more attention. The AC worked perfectly, and I had no issues connecting to the TV, which was a plus. I did run into a small gecko in the room, but staff handled it quickly, so no big deal there.
As for the downsides, I was a bit disappointed that I paid for a room advertised with a courtyard view, but there really wasn’t any view at all. I think the description should be updated to reflect that. Also, my room was supposed to include a mini fridge, but it didn’t, which made the price feel a bit unjustified for what I actually got. On top of that, there were quite a few ants in the room, having some bug spray or ant traps available would’ve definitely helped.
Overall, it was a decent stay mainly because of the location, but there are a few things that could be improved to better match the price and expectations. I give this place an 8.5 out of 10 for those that don’t plan to stay in the room for majority of the stay.FromIDR 980,520
