The hotel boasts fantastic views, well-maintained facilities, and excellent cleanliness. The breakfast spread is impressive, featuring a wide variety including lobster, and hotel guests get priority seating by the window without queuing. The service was superb! We were upgraded to an Eiffel Tower view room, and they even presented us with thoughtful gifts, wishing my family success. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff were incredibly well-trained, with enthusiastic attitudes and professional, polite communication. Knowing we had to rush off after checkout, the hotel arranged a late checkout and sent a dedicated staff member to our room to help with luggage storage. The service was truly attentive and impeccable. This hotel's zero negative reviews on Ctrip are definitely well-deserved!

This is by far the most welcoming hotel I've stayed at in Macau 🏨. A lovely lady at the front desk, realizing we were two families traveling together with two children, proactively arranged connecting rooms and upgraded one of our original king rooms to a Parisian Macao Eiffel Tower 🗼 view room. We ended up with a spacious two-bedroom, two-living room suite, and the kids were thrilled, playing trains 🚄 and doing gymnastics 🤸 in the room. When we requested a change to the minibar drinks, a server 💁‍♀️ promptly came to replace them. Plus, we received a complimentary exquisite afternoon tea set upon check-in, a three-tiered French Eiffel Tower 🗼 pastry stand 🥧 that was incredibly ceremonial!

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and each visit has been thoroughly satisfying. The facilities, service quality, and food are consistently excellent, always leaving us with a great impression. The hotel's concierge team starts assisting even before check-in, proactively inquiring about our needs and paying incredible attention to detail. Jeffrey, Yvonne, Lynn, and Kurt, in particular, provide outstanding and thoughtful service. I'll definitely choose Hotel Eclat again next time! [smiley face]

This hotel boasts an excellent location at City of Dreams, directly opposite The Venetian. Our suite offered unparalleled views, allowing us to enjoy the sunset during the day and the illuminated Eiffel Tower at night. The hotel's decor features a new Chinese-style design, which is incredibly elegant. The facilities are very new, and the service is exceptionally attentive! I will definitely be back!

Reviews From Real Travelers
Traveling to Macau with my family of three, I booked a Windsor Suite at The Londoner, with an extra bed. I chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location, relatively new building, comprehensive facilities with cultural characteristics, and the fact that the room rate included exclusive club access with Western and Chinese breakfast, English afternoon tea, and a cocktail package – greatly enriching and convenienting our vacation. The Windsor Suite at The Londoner was incredibly quiet. During our stay, I barely heard any hallway noise or doors opening and closing. The interior design was understated luxury yet elegant, creating a sense of peace. Upon entering, the mini-bar was well-stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. The living room was spacious, and like the bedroom and bathroom, it featured large-screen TVs. The room also had an air purifier and an electric massage chair, along with a king-size bed. The bathroom was equipped with a jetted tub, and it was bright and roomy, with marble countertops and walls adding to the luxurious feel. The suite had a separate walk-in closet and two restrooms, more than sufficient for a family vacation. All dining took place in the various restaurants within the exclusive club, The Huating, on the third floor. Breakfast was served for six hours until 1 PM, which was very convenient. The breakfast selection was extensive; in addition to self-service items, guests could also order various high-end ingredients and specialty dim sum, offering an excellent culinary experience. What truly stood out was the hotel's service culture. The butler-style service began even before check-in. Upon entering the hotel, the check-in process was essentially completed without waiting. Our request for a low-floor, non-smoking room was accommodated after a short wait, and our luggage was already placed in the walk-in closet. The restaurant service was also delightful and attentive. Although the team was predominantly young, their way of greeting guests, communicating, identifying guest needs, and responding promptly was of a very high standard, truly reflecting the caliber expected of a grand hotel. As a small suggestion for improvement, if there's anything I hope the hotel could enhance, it would be to consider a wider variety of toiletries brands. Also, the hot water supply efficiency could be improved. Continuously refining these details would bring it closer to perfection.

Macau never disappoints, and this experience was no exception. From the moment I booked, the hotel's Londoner Guest Relations (06:00-01:00) provided exceptional service, handling everything from introductions to reservations with meticulous detail. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was even more impressed. The hotel's comprehensive service is absolutely worth the price, if not more. This time, due to commitments, I could only stay one night, and didn't get to enjoy everything, but leaving with a little regret is actually nice – my next booking is already in the pipeline. Nice.

I absolutely love the unique, sophisticated yet opulent fragrance of Wynn Palace, so for this 3-day, 2-night birthday celebration, I chose to stay here again. This time, I was even upgraded to a Parlor Suite, which was an absolutely extraordinary and luxurious stay! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Although the hotel is already 10 years old, it's incredibly well-maintained and still feels brand new and premium. The room was super spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and always smiling, going out of their way to help. Even the housekeeping staff would proactively greet guests every morning and ask about their needs and comfort, showing a remarkable level of care for guests. I'd particularly like to mention Harper at the front desk and Calvin from concierge; they truly made me feel completely at home 💯. Their warm, enthusiastic, and polite demeanor was truly commendable and unforgettable. A well-deserved thumbs up! 👍🏻 This isn't my first time staying at Wynn Palace, and every visit, I feel like the hotel is constantly improving in every aspect. That's why whenever I visit Macau, Wynn Palace will always be my top choice.

This is one of the best five-star hotels I've ever stayed at, service-wise. I had a few interactions with their mainland customer service beforehand due to a booking issue, and they were incredibly warm and helpful. They proactively explained all the facilities and were able to coordinate and resolve any questions or requests I had, which showed a lot of sincerity. The hotel rooms were very comfortable, and all my needs were met. For our anniversary, they even surprised us with a beautiful cake. It was great to ride the cable car twice without any queues. The breakfast was also very generous and delicious. After staying at another five-star hotel in Hong Kong later, which had terrible service, it really made me appreciate Wynn Palace's top-notch service even more.

My girlfriend and I traveled from Hong Kong to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and our stay at this hotel completely exceeded our expectations! I originally booked via Trip.com, but wanting to arrange a small surprise, I emailed the hotel directly about three days before our arrival. Ms. Jane Chong handled my request, and she went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did she arrange a beautifully warm and lovely room design for the surprise, but she also proactively shared fantastic local recommendations to help us build a memorable itinerary. Her assistance truly made our trip unforgettable. Throughout our stay, I was consistently impressed by the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. For example, finding a glasses cleaning cloth provided in the room is a rare and thoughtful touch that most hotels overlook. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and well-trained; every team member who assisted us always made sure to ask if we had any other needs before finishing their service. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Trista at the front desk. Since it was our first time staying here, she gave us a wonderfully detailed walkthrough of the room services and amenities. Later, when she was helping us view a higher-tier room setup, she showed remarkable consideration. She arrived and waited silently outside our door 10 minutes early, purposely not knocking until the exact time just to ensure she didn't disturb our rest. This level of dedication, discretion, and personalized care is world-class. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless experience, and I deeply hope management formally recognizes both Jane and Trista for their outstanding hospitality!

Having stayed at Galaxy, Andaz, Venetian, and Ritz-Carlton, I have to say that Hotel Moxy is the absolute best for traveling with kids. The transportation is incredibly convenient; the shuttle bus terminal is right downstairs, and it connects to the light rail station, making it easy to get anywhere. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be that you need an elevator to get in and out of the Lotus Light Rail Station from the hotel, and the existing escalator is very unsafe when you're carrying luggage. The entire hotel staff is super enthusiastic and incredibly nice, always willing to help with anything, even assisting with food deliveries. Their service is so thoughtful, I don't even know how else to praise them! Be sure to try the preserved egg and lean pork congee at Moxy's breakfast; it's not available every day, but it's truly delicious with crispy fried dough sticks.

Because I'm used to it, I like the hotel feel. Familiar feeling. Moreover, it is very convenient to go to Yaohan, the old street, and it is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The hotel service is also very good. We were upgraded to a luxury suite once. Very praiseworthy. It's a pity that the big fish tank is gone. . .

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

The room is quite standard, not big. The infrastructure is online. The overall artistic atmosphere of the hotel is great! I like the gym very much, but it's a pity that the swimming pool is not open... I like the fruits and chocolates sent, and my favorite little lion! I came to watch the Macau 2049 show, which is just downstairs. I just shook my hands and went down. Please note that you cannot bring drinks into the show!

This is a top-tier Thai-inspired luxury hotel located within the Galaxy Macau resort. All suites are at least 100 square meters and come with a private 'Yuexinchi' hot tub. The 2800-square-meter Banyan Tree Spa has an excellent reputation. A sky bridge connects guests directly to the shopping district, and hotel guests also enjoy complimentary access to the Grand Resort Deck. The service is meticulous and the night views are delightful. However, the prices are quite high, the entrance is a bit hidden, and the children's facilities are limited, making it more suitable for couples than for families with young children.

One of Macau's top hotels (right next to Hotel Okura). The room is massive, with a sofa big enough for one person to sleep on, and a private plunge pool. Both the elevator and the elevator lobby look incredibly luxurious. The in-room amenities are also top-notch, featuring a separate bathtub, a dedicated vanity, two TVs, and a mini-bar with all drinks and snacks complimentary. Even the bottled water is French Evian. After checking in at the front desk, a dedicated staff member escorts you to your room and explains all the facilities and important details. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our stay truly felt like a home away from home. We owe a massive thank you to Sonia and Nate from the Concierge team. Unfortunately, an elderly family member had an accidental fall, sustaining a scratched arm. Sonia and Nate were absolutely incredible – they went above and beyond by helping us coordinate parking and even accompanying us to the hospital for treatment. We are profoundly grateful for their exceptional assistance!

This hotel has a charming, vintage atmosphere. While the overall decor isn't trendy, the rooms are clean and tidy, and impressively spacious, so you never feel cramped. Compared to many hotels in Taipa, the price here is much more reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The location is a huge plus, being very close to major old town attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's. You can explore on foot, making it super convenient for sightseeing, dining, and checking out landmarks, saving you time and effort when getting around. The only minor drawback is that some facilities show their age. However, if you're not looking for brand new luxury decor and prioritize location, space, and value, this is an excellent choice.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, it used to be the Mandarin Oriental. The room decor is very elegant. In the lobby, they offer sugarcane juice and sour plum juice. The best part is the resort section. The outdoor promenade resembles St. Francis Xavier Church, with beautiful yellow Portuguese Macanese architecture and a round fountain pool ⛲️. Beyond that, there's a large swimming pool with shallow and deep sections, and even shaded areas. To the right, there's a tall, winding water slide, like a mini water park. I had so much fun on it! There are also two other smaller pools, one of which is a waterfall hot spring pool. The changing rooms also have hot springs and a sauna. It's very comfortable, although getting to the city center requires a taxi or bus. However, it's right next to Sands, so taking a **shuttle bus** to the ferry terminal, Border Gate, or the Venetian and Parisian in Taipa (both under the Sands group), and from the Venetian to the airport, is quite convenient.

My stay at Studio City was an excellent experience! The movie-themed atmosphere was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, with soft bedding, and the smart controls were very convenient. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered views of the Cotai nightscape and the iconic Golden Reel Ferris wheel. The hotel amenities are comprehensive; the恒温水上乐园 (temperature-controlled water park) and kids' club are perfect for leisure and entertainment – everything you need in one place. Transportation is convenient with a shuttle service, making getting around hassle-free. The staff were gentle and polite, efficient, and attentive, providing excellent service with great attention to detail. My vacation comfort was maximized, and the value for money was outstanding. It's my top choice for a Macau getaway, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

People always compare Macau to Las Vegas, but let me tell you right now: Macau and the hotels on the Cotai Strip are in a league of their own. Having been to Vegas a few dozen times, I’m used to hotels feeling smoky and chaotic. This was the exact opposite. We took the free, direct Parisian shuttle bus straight from the Macau Port, and from the moment we arrived to the time we checked in, everything was incredibly smooth and organized. I can't even imagine what a seamless experience like this would cost in Vegas. To top it off, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to an Eiffel Tower view room absolutely stunning! We were already loving the service. Plus, as a fantastic perk, hotel guests get free access to the Eiffel Tower deck, which was an awesome bonus. The room was immaculate; my wife immediately noticed how spotless the all-Italian marble bathroom was. From the registration hall to the lobby, the fine paintings and decor feel ultra-premium. The main reason I picked this hotel was for the kids' pool and water slides. Vegas isn't exactly built for kids, but The Parisian makes families feel so welcome. The pool area was amazingly fun, and with lifeguards stationed everywhere, it was clear that safety is their number one priority. Another huge perk is that it's connected to the other Sands hotels like The Venetian and The Londoner. You can walk from hotel to hotel without ever stepping outside, giving you access to endless high-end luxury shops and incredible restaurants. On top of that, the hotel offers free shuttle services to all the popular tourist destinations around the city, like Senado Square, making sightseeing incredibly easy and budget-friendly. Given how amazing the experience was, you'd think it would cost an arm and a leg. But visiting in July, it was incredibly affordable roughly the same price as staying at a decent hotel off the strip in Vegas. We will definitely be coming back!

This hotel was recommended by a friend, and as soon as I entered the lobby, it had a grand, opulent feel. Check-in was smooth, and I opted for the Alipay deposit of 500 RMB, which was convenient to unfreeze myself upon check-out. I booked a family suite; the room size was decent, and the toiletries were good. The room was carpeted, which seemed a bit old. Breakfast was just average. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel with many routes. I recommend preparing your Macau bus QR code in Alipay before traveling abroad; last time, I just scanned it, and Alipay deducted 5.02 RMB directly, which was very cost-effective. You can also follow the bus stop announcements on WeChat mini-programs. I wouldn't recommend taking taxis. On my first day, I hadn't planned my bus routes, and a taxi from the hotel to the Venetian cost an astonishing 95 RMB – I felt ripped off. When returning to the hotel from the Venetian, I was worried about the driver taking a longer route and overcharging, so I specifically turned on navigation. Sure enough, twice when we were almost there, the navigation showed we were off route. The second time the navigation deviated and recalculated, I asked the driver if he was taking a detour. He claimed my navigation was inaccurate. I turned up the navigation volume to maximum, and perhaps because I questioned him, the driver didn't dare to detour further. The taxi fare back to the hotel was 79 RMB. This was my first time bringing my elderly parents to Macau, and I thought taxis would be more convenient. I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid, or if taxis genuinely cost this much, but in any case, spending so much on taxis felt very unreasonable. That's why I researched bus routes after returning to the hotel, and I offer this advice for everyone's reference.

First time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️

I found this hotel to be very old and run down; besides the location, everything else was surprisingly bad. I won't be staying here again. The room had a strange odor when I entered, and I suspect it was from previous Indian guests. The bathroom also smelled terrible, and the overall hygiene was very poor. After sleeping on the sheets, my body kept itching. When I checked out, I realized I had forgotten my facial cleanser in the bathroom, but when I contacted the hotel, they claimed they didn't find it, even though it was clearly there. I will never patronize this brand again; this hotel completely ruined its reputation for me.

This was my first trip to Macau with my high school-aged child. Getting here was a bit tricky. We took the Grand Lisboa shuttle bus, but after getting off, it was a hassle walking to the hotel with luggage because we had to climb a long, steep slope. The public bus would have involved a shorter walk. On the plus side, Guia Park is not far from the hotel, and the mini cable car there only costs 3 patacas. There are also plenty of convenient places nearby for breakfast.

The room itself wasn't particularly stunning, but most hotels in Macau are generally quite good. However, The Venetian's location is still the best. Someone with a low IQ might even struggle to find their room! 😂 When checking in, I had an issue because I lost the small slip of paper for my seven-day stay. You absolutely *must* remember not to lose it, otherwise, you won't be able to check in and will have to go to the police station to retrieve it. Thankfully, the kind gentleman at the front desk used my parents' IDs to check us in, saving me a trip to the police station. However, one piece of luggage was missing when it was delivered. Since the hotel is so huge and check-in wasn't until 3 PM, we didn't have a room number yet. But after we discovered it, the manager and some interns came by multiple times and even brought us gifts. My mom insisted I give them a good review, saying their service was so excellent she felt almost embarrassed.

Although the breakfast didn't have as many options as a five-star hotel, it met business hotel standards. The staff were also very enthusiastic. A special shout-out to the two bellboys, Terry Ye and David Yang, who helped call a taxi and even actively assisted with luggage, which many five-star hotels don't do. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well. Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house casino has also ceased operations since November 2025.

The room was spacious and very clean, and they even provided complimentary fruit. There's a construction site nearby, but luckily the windows are well-soundproofed, so it didn't disturb my sleep or lie-ins. A big shout-out to Jaco, Colin, and Ben for helping with taxis and assisting with my travel plans during my stay! Thumbs up! 👍
