Highly recommend the dinner buffet, they provided unlimited seafood and cooked right in front of you and unlimited dessert.they kept refilling dessert even after 9:30pm. (The dinner lasts from 7:30-9:30pm)I like the chef as he always smiled and give us a generous amount of food! There were yummy steak, pork, salmon, cheese, salmoni. And for the dessert, they also got ice cream and chocolate waterfall!!!! Really recommend ordering their dinner and is really worth it!

Hotel location is not far from the sea, in the old street of the town, you can go shopping, you can see the sea and the castle without a few steps, the room has a large balcony, enjoy the sea breeze, sea birds will come to harass, really great. The service awareness of white people is either really average. When I checked out, I pushed two trolley boxes. The door was not inductive. I needed to push the door to go out. The hotel staff were watching coldly and would not help you block the door. It made me very embarrassed to go out.

Service: The entire trip was terrible. The front desk was a bit impatient with my room request, grumbling that requests needed to be made in advance. They gave me the first and last rooms in the hallway. The first room was extremely noisy, and the last room required a long walk. This was blatant discrimination! Environment: The main building was very noisy during peak tourist season, with many young children. The elevator was very slow, and the up button was broken. The room facilities were very outdated, roughly comparable to a domestic budget hotel, and the bathroom was even worse. Cleanliness: The quilt was just a layer of paper, and the toilet was filthy. Facilities: The only positive feature was the swimming pool.

Family hotel. Sympathetic staff. The rooms are very well suited, with balcony and air conditioning. The sounds of the room above are not terrible. Telephone with 3 channels (info) in French. The swimming pool is fine. The breakfast is right even if most products are industrial (growing, orange juice, ...). In the negative light, two things: We could not connect to the hotel's wifi in 6 days, whether in the room, at the reception, at the swimming pool or elsewhere. Finally, I didn't appreciate that a woman was bathing with a burkini in the pool, burkini that she then used in the breakfast room and in the city. On the hygiene level, it is not possible. I don't understand that the hotel accepts this.

A bit old hotel The young lady at the front desk and the assistant brother on the first day were very polite. The older lady on the second day when checkingout every customer took more than 15 minutes, long queues, wasting time. Room facilities are a bit old, the hotel is small, up to Samsung level. Breakfast was shocked, nothing, there are a few slices of bread and orange juice. The advantage is that the location is excellent, will not come again in the future

I was especially happy that the hotel was able to accommodate our request for a room with a beautiful view. It really made our stay more enjoyable and was definitely one of the highlights of our visit.  The hotel is within walking distance of the town and beach, although it’s a little further than expected. The room looks quite old but it was kept clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was good, with plenty of tasty choices. We also tried the dinner buffet as a walk-in guest, and we really enjoyed the food and the variety available. The staff in the dining area were very nice and attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The friendly staff, good food, and cleanliness made our experience enjoyable. We would happily stay here again when visiting Tossa de Mar. ❤️

The hotel is ok, but the service is quite bad. There are no people at the reception, so I communicated with them via what's up. While they claim 24h support, they don't respond in the evenings. The what's app bot is terrible: every time you start convesation, you recieve a few messages from bot, which are completely useless, connecting directly to people would have been way more convinient. Also the support itself is not great at some aspects, like I informed them in the beginning of our stay that the light above the bed works badly, like it works for short time, then it stops and asked to change the bulb, which they didn;t do during the whole duration of our stay. In some cases they were helpful, I must admit, but nothing special. The breakfasts are also quite bad and below from what you expect from 4 stars hotel (even in 3 starts in Spain I got better breakfasts). Overall, this electronic receptions feels very liveless. The condition of the hotel is also quite poor. Like there is massive hole in the ceiling in the passage close to the restaraunt, bucket under this hole and it doesn;t seem like they are going to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel.

這家酒店是我們第二次入住，地理位置很好，離tossa衹要10min路程，並且酒店有兩種接駁方式可以到周邊的幾個地方（船和擺渡車）； 這次入住的同樣是靠地中海的海景房，酒店的餐廳好吃，晚上9:30還有live house，我們住了2天，比較難受的點是第二天遇到了房間門口水管壞了的情況，導致房間內馬桶一直產生流水的噪音，怎麼弄都解決不了，和前台打電話3次都説安排工作人員來處理，一次都沒來，整個晚上都沒睡着，嚴重影響睡眠和第二天精力，我是非常喜歡這家酒店的，並且還推薦了朋友入住，但是這個設施和遇到這個問題的處理方式沒有很及時解決讓我有些失望。
